Were the Supreme Court to rule in favor of those seeking to expand birthright citizenship, it would be a gut punch of epic proportions, serving as nothing short of a betrayal of our Republic. The level of ensuing astonishment and anger would be off the charts...and for good reason. People would be beside themselves, pissed off. However, as painful as that outcome would be, it also occurs to me that an argument could be made that this blow might end up being the turning point in the long run, given the predictable sentiment that would follow. At this point, it will have been made crystal clear that those entrusted at the highest levels with protecting us are incapable of protecting the People and our better interests, even if intentionally so, from forces working from within to bring us down. And while I hope they make the right call, I am also prepared to accept defeat with the understanding that, in the long term, victory may well require pissing us all off to the point of providing a sturdy foundation to support what has to happen next. Another example would be Biden's entire term, although I would like to think it wouldn't include four years of hell to get us there. However, whatever happens would logically have to happen while Trump was still in office, and not near the end of it, either, given the gravity of the immediate aftermath. Big picture, I remain confident in the outcome regardless of how we get there. All that matters is victory. Anyway, something to chew on.

The most blackpilling part of the birthright citizenship debate at SCOTUS isn't that they might rule the Constitution requires it. It's that, if they do, there isn't a hope in Hell that our Congress would ever pass a new amendment to fix it. It should be the easiest thing in the world to pass a new law clarifying that tourist anchor babies and surrogate children bought by CCP oligarchs don't get lifelong U.S. citizenship. Yet everybody knows Congress will never do this. There aren't enough votes to repeal a policy of obvious long-term national suicide. That should fill us with a lot of dread for the country's future.
