@Walgreens you've run out of my (commonly-prescribed) medication not once but twice, with none in stock for even a partial fill. This is unconscionable. This was after I called 3 times to ensure the Rx would be filled on time. I was told it would be. Spoiler alert: it wasn't. It's become standard practice for me to call the store to remind your employees to do their jobs. Often, they don't. Is your business to provide so-called excellent pharmacy services to your customers or just not give a f*ck about whether we get our meds or not? FIX. THIS. FFS. (CC: @bbb_us)
