Dr. Aseem Malhotra said: "If you take a statin for 5 years having had a heart attack, it will add an extra 4 days to your life expectancy." The study that proves this: “There was a meta-analysis done in European countries, where they looked at high-risk and low-risk people over 12 years, and was there a reduction and death rates because of statins, the answer was no.” — @DrAseemMalhotra

Your comfort is aging you. And your biology can prove it. Dr. David Sinclair put it plainly: "People who exercise and eat less have a slower-ticking clock. It's a fact." The longevity genes in your body only activate when your cells perceive adversity. Hunger. Exertion. Cold. The moment your cells sense abundance, they stand down. Defenses off. The clock runs faster. Modern life engineered away every signal the body evolved to receive. Always fed. Always warm. Always sitting. The body was never designed to be comfortable. It was designed to be resilient. And resilience requires pressure to stay active. Skip a meal. Push the muscle. Let the cold in. Every one of those signals tells your cells to tighten up, repair, defend. Without them, the machinery idles. And idle machinery rusts. The uncomfortable truth is that the things most people optimize their lives to avoid are the exact inputs their biology is waiting for. Follow @ProjectGokuu for more on the science of living longer, explained plainly. x.com/ProjectGokuu/s…

Patients with high vitamin D levels survived at HIGHER rates than those with low levels during COVID-19. As Dr. Roger Seheult puts it, "You see this data over and over again that Vitamin D is very predictive of who's going to die" That's why doctors supplemented it aggressively for COVID-19 patients - 5,000, 10,000, and even up to 50,000 IUs per dose. Yet it made almost no difference. Dr. Seheult spent years trying to understand why. Here's what he concluded: Vitamin D was just a marker, not the true reason. It was a proxy for sunlight exposure. People with high levels were simply spending more time outside. The sun also emits other wavelengths beyond what produces vitamin D. One of them is infrared light, which penetrates up to 8 centimeters into the body and directly stimulates the mitochondria — your cells' energy source and antioxidant defense system. Every chronic disease that made COVID deadly — obesity, diabetes, dementia, heart disease — is rooted in mitochondrial dysfunction. As he puts it, "COVID was a metabolic issue". The patients dying weren't just vitamin D deficient. They were sunlight deficient. And no pill could replace what the sun does for free. — Dr. Roger Seheult (@MedCramVideos) on Steven Bartlett's (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast. Tomorrow, I'll be sharing a Brazilian randomized and blinded study that revealed how infrared light discharged COVID patients 4 days faster than those without it.

Dr. Roger Seheult just revealed one of the biggest studies on sunlight. A massive Swedish study followed 30,000 women for over 20 years and found that those who actively sought sun exposure had dramatically lower death rates from cancer, heart disease, and all causes. The shocking part? Sun avoiders had roughly double the overall mortality. Even heavy smokers who got plenty of sun had similar death rates to non-smokers who avoided it. Sunlight appears to extend life through vitamin D, nitric oxide, and immune support - yet we're still told to hide from it. Are you getting enough sun? — Dr. Roger Seheult (@RogerSeheult) on Steven Bartlett’s (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast

Dr. Annette Bosworth's patient ate nothing but sardines for 100 days straight. It was a controlled experiment. Bloodwork was tested before and after - vitamin D, arsenic, selenium, mercury etc. Everything monitored. The results were stunning. • She shed more weight. • Her skin looked 20 years younger. • Her vitamin D jumped from the 30s to 108 without taking a single supplement. • Her body could finally absorb it because her insulin dropped low enough to release fat-stored nutrients. But the most powerful benefits weren't just physical. After years of eating to numb emotional pain, she finally faced this and fixed her relationship with food. Everyone's worried about arsenic poisoning and mercury toxicity from sardines. But she proved otherwise: • No toxicity • No arsenic spike • No mercury issues • No selenium uptick She wrote to Dr. Bosworth: "I don't think I've ever had the best day of my life. But for the first time, I feel like I have the freedom to find it." One food. 100 days. A different person walked out the other side. Tomorrow, I'll share a military case study where soldiers on a ketogenic diet had 50% more power than their counterparts after 18 months. — Dr. Annette Boz on Steven Bartlett's (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast.

If your parent is showing signs of Alzheimer's and you want to do something about it, start with sardines. They’re packed with fat and protein - in the exact ratio your body needs to produce abundant ketones FAST. Anyone with Alzheimer’s has brain cells that are insulin resistant. It can no longer efficiently pull glucose from the bloodstream for fuel. Even though glucose is available, the insulin delivery system is broken. Brain cells are starving and can no longer power themselves properly, causing brain fog, memory loss, cognitive decline, and even depression. Ketones are an alternative source of fuel that bypasses this broken system entirely. They cross the blood-brain barrier without needing insulin, feeding your brain cells directly. They produce less cellular waste than glucose. And even act as natural antioxidants exactly where your brain needs them most. Dr. Annette Bosworth has coached thousands of patients and uses this method to kickstart a ketogenic state fast. Here's her protocol: Eat only sardines for 3 days (with no eating window) Choose sardines packed in oil Within 48-72 hours, most people are producing abundant ketones. Dr. Bosworth had a 41-year-old Down syndrome patient with Alzheimer's. Three weeks on keto, she spoke her first three-syllable word ever—something her brain had never been capable of before.

@YourDocGoku Fat adaptation is a thing. But a 50% jump in power isn’t just “switching fuels.” You’re watching a system get healthier… less insulin resistance, less inflammation, better metabolic flexibility. The diet is the tool. The physiology is the story.

A military study tracked insulin-resistant soldiers on a ketogenic diet and discovered they had almost 50% more power than their counterparts after 18 months. • Month 1: Their power didn't change at all. • Month 6: It was up about 20%. • Month 18: they gained 50% more power. The increased power didn't happen immediately and Dr. Annette Bosworth explains why: Muscles default to glucose for fuel. Retraining them to burn fat takes time. But once they adapt, fat is a longer-lasting, cleaner energy source with far less inflammation. Tomorrow, I'll share her perspective on health differences between being on a keto diet vs a standard American one. — Dr. Annette Bosworth on Steven Bartlett's (@StevenBartlett) DOAC podcast

The body makes vitamin D from sunlight. Specifically from UVB radiation on skin. The SPF in your sunscreen blocks UVB. Vitamin D deficiency is now implicated in immune dysfunction, depression, bone loss, cardiovascular disease, and cancer risk. The solution sold to you: vitamin D supplements. The body absorbs vitamin D3 efficiently from sunlight and from animal fat, particularly oily fish and liver. You were told to avoid animal fat. You were given a supplement. The supplement industry is worth £50 billion globally. The sun is still free. It is available most mornings between approximately 10am and 2pm. No prescription required. No delivery charge. No subscription tier. This is not a workable business model. Which is why nobody is promoting it.

@interactiveGTS @YourDocGoku I used to exercise in a health club that had windows to the outside world. Then I realized that it was the world outdoors where I desperately needed to be. I quit the “health club”, joined Mother Nature with the warm sun, fresh air, even the chemtrails, and I’m healthier for it.
