@VW taking greed to a new level charging monthly fees for features that are built in to your car. This doesn’t lower costs for consumers like tiered software. It increases profits for VW only.

The new @AmericanExpress Fine Hotels & Resorts layout adds friction to check nightly rates. Finding a hotel diminishes Platinum’s value if I have to click through every listing to asess nightly price, and location within a specific city. Please fix!

PSA: Some @UPS and @FedEx employees can 'forget' to scan the weight of packages when returning in store. Past experience has those going missing and you lose the value of the return / shipment. I asked for weighing and caught it wasn't. Had to go back and ask again. Be alert.

@Verizon it's bad form for someone to call for support on a technical issue from Verizon, and every call includes a hard sell.

@Chase if I had a terrible experience with @DoorDash where I'm out cash despite the $5 a month credit, who do I complain to? I don't think it's a good value for the minimum I spend on Sapphire Reserve.

@FTC needs to regulate @Apple. It is near impossible to share photos (nearly 2,000) with an non-apple user without individually them downloading each individual photos or video.
