Just because a football player has a good 40y doesn’t mean they’re going to have a good 100m Just because they run track doesn’t mean they’ll get a faster 40 either


Sprinting without timing it isn’t Sprinting.








All these anti doping bans wasn’t that huge back when I was in high school. Like high schoolers were not doping back then to get faster. It was natural talent and working hard at practice.






I am not a fan of boom booms sprint drill. I feel it doesn't translate to improved sprinting & mechanics. There is no hip projection, no forward propulsion, the sprint cyclical pattern is not the same. What is the reason why you do boom booms with your athletes?
