All this mess started with UW never replacing my gas smart meter from 2021-2025 SP did it, but I was on credit, so I went BG they said they'd change me, still credit

@RaymondGoodCat @BritishGas 1/2I signed up for Gas, I was PAYG with UW for 11yrs, when I left, @scottishpower could only take me on as credit although I was PAYG, so I then moved to BG who took me on as credit. Still not PAYG & now if I leave there's a £50 charge. Hate them muchly. My electric is with SP

@FuzziePieRat @BritishGas @ScottishPower I'm sorry they've caused you problems too, but unfortunately it doesn't surprise me. Years ago, I took out their insurance. For what turned out to be a replacement part for about £60, to them involved a new boiler and a £700 power flush that I didn't need.
