About weekly I get physical spam mail from @RbACorp ...often in the form of letters somewhat deceptively designed to appear hand addressed or with fake handwritten notes or letters inside. It's gross and frankly makes me never want to buy @AndersenWindows

BTW @RbACorp not feasible to slam door at 5AM, but that is what this door needs to have done to have lock engage.

@RbACorp time to vent. Installed Oct 2023. Gave feedback to Philly office about bottom of ~.25 inch side to side. Level has it leaning slightly out. Was told we will come out on Tues to fix kick plate. Told them not kick plate. This is what it does in winter. ANNOYING!!

@RbACorp continues to be the worst company. Multiple delays, installing doors the wrong way, forgetting multiple doors that I bought. It will be coming on close to a year before my order is complete. If you are a door and window installation company, does it take you this long?

@RbACorp WORST 26K EXPERIENCE.Crew was stoned & kept smoking during install,windows not measured correctly; multiple shims used, 1/4” gap at base of door w/snow inside. Deadbolt/lock/door never seal or align properly. Company keeps “fixing” issues,yet we continue to have problems

@RbACorp Awful experience with these people. Save your sanity and don't use them. $16,000 for 3 doors they screwed up the install 3 times and their resolution is we'll try again or give you less than 10% off a discount. Absolutely ridiculous

@RbACorp I have all the numbers. They made mistakes and didn’t expedite the corrections. We just went to the back of the loooong line as if we were a brand new customer. Which was a longer turnaround time than the salesman said BY MONTHS.
