@LindorffLarsen Are these glycoproteins? The glycosylation could also contribute a lot to the migration of the protein in the gel tho.

These proteins all have the same molecular weight. In fact they all have the same amino acid composition

1st paper in 2023 is out now @CellReports! sciencedirect.com/science/articl… We performed the first DMS of human influenza H3N2 neuraminidase head domain and advances our understanding of the evolutionary potential of NA, therefore, providing insights into NA-based vaccine design.
