@SJMConcerts Used a lap top and a phone with 4g. Thinks I'm not a real person! Whilst there are tickets already on viagogo. Really poor

@SJMConcerts Yes only one tab open, cleared cookies, no apps open, no cloud relay, on 5G and it still happened! Very bad system - luckily my sibling got their tickets

Insane. Waiting days for the chance, passing all these queues and bot checks just to be thrown out the queue for no good reason. I’m sure ticket scalpers will figure a way around all of it. This just screwed over normal people who want to go.

@SJMConcerts @dawns05751 I have done all that, and still getting “Are you a real fan” when trying to get through on 4G. It’s not acceptable. You continue hike ticket prices (and booking fees!) without improving the tech to ensure fans, not resellers, get tickets.

@Philip_Carvel @dawns05751 @AXS_UK @radiohead I tried going back to the tab where my queue position was and it kept going up until it said it was my turn- i then got shown that exact same message of ‘ive been restricted’ then got basically kicked off and had to register for the queue all over again
