Russia’s largest oil ports on the Baltic Sea, Primorsk and Ust-Luga, have once again suspended oil shipments following a second drone raid since the beginning of the week, Reuters reports. Ust-Luga, from which tankers export about 700,000 barrels of oil per day, was hit by UAVs overnight.
