@PostOffice can’t top up my travel card. Updated app but just keep getting this. Is this being fixed?

@EE since the outage this week I have not been able to open natwest online banking on my phone. Natwest say all is ok on their end. Any ideas? I’ve cleared cache etc and not opening at all

@NatWest_Help so the updated app can only be used on iOS 16 or higher. So anyone with an old phone now can’t use the app and has to sign in manually with card readers. Great.
