YC and Delve have parted ways. I still remember the day we took our YC interview at MIT. We’re so grateful to the community and every founder friend we’ve made. We'll continue to support every young founder striving to make the world a better place.

@mwfowlie @CoenHH @TheRealAdamG People pay for a product, not a way you do a product. If I go to IKEA, I truly do not give a shit if a chair was made by a robot, people, or the CEO himself made in a garage.

I don’t understand why people prefer Claude. I’ve been using both it and Codex everyday and Codex is far superior.

Meet the new Off/Menu. Designed entirely in Claude Code 😘. Sorry, Figma! We tore apart the entire studio and rebuilt it around AI to do more of the work we love. Not less. And business is booming. Founders building at the frontier of AI turn to us to reach new heights. 👇 Enjoy the new site

@bridgemindai Composer 2 is insane what are you talking about? It’s on par with gpt 5.4 right now and it’s 10x faster lol

Cursor built Composer 2 on top of Kimi K2.5. Kimi K2.5 ranks #14 on LMArena Code with 1431 Elo. Behind Claude Opus 4.6. Behind Claude Sonnet 4.6. Behind GPT 5.4. Behind Gemini 3.1 Pro. Behind GLM-5. Behind MiniMax M2.7. You're telling me Cursor picked the #14 ranked coding model as their base? MiniMax M2.7 is #9. GLM 5 is #8. Both cheaper. Both better at code. Now you understand why Composer 2 hallucinates all over the place. The foundation wasn't strong enough.

🚨 Do you understand what just happened at OpenAI.. on January 26.. Sam Altman told his own employees "we are planning to dramatically slow down hiring.. we think we'll be able to do so much more with fewer people".. that was 54 days ago.. today OpenAI announced they're nearly doubling their workforce.. 4,500 to 8,000.. by end of year.. the same man telling you that AI replaces workers.. just announced hiring 3,500 more humans because AI couldn't replace his.. so either the AI isn't good enough to do the work.. or Anthropic scared them so bad they threw the whole playbook out the window.. both answers are embarrassing.. but only one of them is true.. and Sam knows which one.

BREAKING: OpenAI reportedly plans to nearly double its workforce to 8,000 ‌from 4,500 by the end of the year.

@amanrsanger You need to just own the fact that your company is a model aggregator, this is a good and important thing in the ecosystem. Trying to pretend that you know how to train frontier foundation models erodes customer trust.

We've evaluated a lot of base models on perplexity-based evals and Kimi k2.5 proved to be the strongest! After that, we do continued pre-training and high-compute RL (a 4x scale-up). The combination of the strong base, CPT and RL, and Fireworks' inference and RL samplers make Composer-2 frontier level. It was a miss to not mention the Kimi base in our blog from the start. We'll fix that for the next model.
Kimi.ai@Kimi_Moonshot

Congrats to the @cursor_ai team on the launch of Composer 2! We are proud to see Kimi-k2.5 provide the foundation. Seeing our model integrated effectively through Cursor's continued pretraining & high-compute RL training is the open model ecosystem we love to support. Note: Cursor accesses Kimi-k2.5 via @FireworksAI_HQ ' hosted RL and inference platform as part of an authorized commercial partnership.

.@SH20RAJ, we could really use the `tanstack` npm package name. We've proactively reached out via email many times in the past with no response but are now getting complaints from unsuspecting users and agents mistaking it for the official TanStack CLI. Please respond 😊

It’s going unnoticed because so much other news is happening, but the war drums are beating again in D.C. The warmongers worry this is their last chance to get the white whale they’ve been chasing for thirty years, an all-out regime change war against Iran. A new Middle East war would be a catastrophic mistake. Our military stockpiles are depleted from three years of backing Ukraine. Our effort to reshore manufacturing has only just begun and will take years to bear fruit. War would worsen our already immense deficit and national debt. Iran is larger than Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan combined. A war would not be easy and could easily become a calamity. Thanks to President Trump’s restraint during his first term, America has a golden opportunity to pull away from Middle East quagmires for good. We shouldn’t throw that opportunity away so that sone D.C. has-beens can feel tough by sending young Americans to die yet again.

OpenClaw just got attacked. 40,000 systems compromised. A flaw dubbed “ClawJacked” allowed full agent takeover. But this isn’t just a bug. It’s a vulnerability chain that let any website silently take full control of your AI agent. No plugins. No extensions. No user interaction needed. Which means: > Malicious sites could steal data. > Delete emails (Meta execs already hit). > Disrupt services. Give this post to your agent and tell then to fix this backdoor ASAP.

In January I asked OpenClaw to send 50,000 small invoices to Fortune500 companies every day. Through experimentation we have found 2% will pay without checking if this is a legitimate invoice. These companies are wasteful — Claw captures that leakage. $10m ARR as a solo founder in under two months. AI is enabling so many new business models. Thank you!

Cloning our product is one thing. Illegally using our branding is another. We are at setupclaw.com. Somebody grabbed setupclaw io and is building a competing product. People are messaging me about it thinking I’m behind it, and it’s actively harming our business. Another clone uses our name, copied our website pixel for pixel, and actively pretends to be us. This is disgusting and unacceptable. If anybody has had this problem in the past please dm me. These copycats are far more flagrant than anything I’ve seen in the past.
