Instead of spending on saving some fish, they should've focused on making their water systems better. Janisse Quiñones, who makes $750k a year, which is more than the President is responsible. Who hired her? Los Angeles needs more water tanks, not more environmental projects, better pipes, and backup water plans. They should've used technology to keep an eye on water use but they're too busy with green stuff. Instead of all this, they end up with no water when they really need it, like during a massive wildfire. Los Angeles completely failed its citizens with poor water management. This could have been avoided.
