@bookingcom so after being on support chat for an hour, getting no resolution due to technical issues I asked o speak to a manager. The support agent instead ended the chat immediately after replying. No resolution and flying in less than 23 hours. Last time I book via yourselves

@qatarairways can anyone assist? It’s 2024 and I’ve been checked into a wrong flight at the airport by @flynas. They took my bags and checked me into a flight I had no ticket for. Despite me telling them I was flying with Qatar. I was meant to be on a flight to Doha connecting to Johannesburg. I’m still waiting 1.5h later for my bags to be returned and being charged a no show fee by @qatarairways to rebook..
