@donaldtusk The last time the UK agreed to a defense treaty with Poland, it resulted in WW2 and it bankrupted the British Empire. And at the end of WW2, Winston Churchill gave Poland away to the Soviet Union, so the it was a meaningless effort at defending Poland.

We’ve agreed with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom to sign the Poland-UK treaty strengthening our defence cooperation. It will take place on May 27.

I finished watching “1899” through to the final episode. I had a sense about that ending. Started it as a study of LED “volume,” but it’s very well made. The music is excellent. I also watched the making-of. A 360-degree rotating stage, and a base set built in modular, pizza-like sections, fascinating. There’s clearly some ingenuity needed to keep the backgrounds from looking too “Unreal”like. Bringing together a global cast during the pandemic, dealing with quarantine, abandoning location shoots and turning to the “volume”—that resonates deeply. On DS2 as well, gathering a worldwide cast in Los Angeles during COVID was a challenge. There were several instances where cast members tested positive shortly after arriving in the U.S. So still, no Season 2? What are Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese, the creators of “DARK,” working on next?

Starting to think Crimson Desert’s open world may be one of the greatest open worlds ever designed, rivaling Skyrim and Red Dead 2 The amount of unique structures I’ve come across has been ridiculous and this is just in Hernand alone, the sense of discovery is amazing.

@cinnamontoastk Depends what type of gamer you are. If you enjoyed dragons dogma 2 it’s like that, with tears of the kingdom mixed in and assassins creed. But it’s a slow burn, you don’t race through this game. I won’t be surprised if I’m still playing it come Christmas. It’s amazing.

@ARCRaidersMedia I haven’t played this game since December. The sweaties ruined it. It was so fun when people would collab and stuff but then it just devolved in degeneracy with extract campers and back stabbers. Killed the fun out of the game.
