While we can all have our beefs with Congress, this isn’t in our hands any longer. I DID the work, investigated, and sent multiple CRIMINAL referrals to the DOJ. Whether he is indicted or not now is not up to Congress. It is up to the DoJ, and no one else.

🚨CIVIL SUIT FILED: I have officially filed a civil suit against Chris, Deyanna and Paige Ostroushko. I promised to use every legal avenue to hold the Ostroushkos responsible and will be working with @MurdockJDF as we continue to pursue justice. Chris, Deyanna and Paige are all facing federal charges and will also now be facing a civil suit for their violent and egregious behavior. Not only did this family attack me, but they then doubled down and went on a media tour to further lie about me while attempting to raise money. I made a promised that I wouldn’t let them get away with this and am looking forward to keeping it.

I recently commented on a clip of Charlamagne Tha God saying he doesn't condone the recent Trump assassination attempt, BUT he understands why "some folks are fed up and willing to risk it all." Well, he saw my comments and doubled down while insisting that he didn't "justify" anything. But that's missing the point. Saying “I’m not for political violence, BUT...” is exactly how people rationalize actions like the WHCD shooter took. When an American citizen decides that voting, speaking, suing, or waiting for the next election is no longer enough and that only a bullet will do, the blame is THEIRS alone. Empathizing and saying "BUT they had a legitimate reason to be mad" only teaches young Americans to justify the violence. It tells them that principles come with an asterisk and that the line between thought and murder is negotiable. Political violence is NEVER legitimate or understandable. No buts.

What is new here? THIS IS EXACTLY what we have been talking and warning about for years. “The ends justify the means”. This is what happens when a society turns its back on individual freedom and embraces the collective mob.
