Must read - this is free and not me. @georgenoble/note/c-226667679?r=4repfn&utm_medium=ios&utm_source=notes-share-action" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">substack.com/@georgenoble/n… This is the most SHAMELESS structural manipulation of a major index I've ever seen. SpaceX is preparing what could be the largest IPO in history. Target valuation: $1.75 trillion. That would make it the sixth-largest company in America on day one. And Nasdaq wants the listing so badly they're literally CHANGING how the Nasdaq-100 works. In February, Nasdaq published a "consultation" proposing sweeping changes to how companies enter the index. The timing is pure coincidence, of course. Just like it's pure coincidence that SpaceX has reportedly made fast index inclusion a CONDITION of listing on Nasdaq. Here's what they're proposing: A new "Fast Entry" rule would let any newly listed company whose market cap ranks in the top 40 of current Nasdaq-100 members get added to the index after just 15 trading days. No seasoning period. No liquidity requirements. Completely exempt from the standards every other company had to meet. Currently, new public companies typically wait up to a year before they're eligible for major index inclusion. That waiting period exists for a reason. It lets the market establish real price discovery. It protects passive investors from being forced into untested, illiquid stocks. And Nasdaq wants to throw all of that out. For ONE listing. But the Fast Entry rule isn't even the worst part... The real scandal is the 5x float multiplier. Right now, the S&P 500 uses a free-float adjusted methodology. If only 5% of a company's shares are available for public trading, the index weights you at 5% of total market cap. That's common sense. You weight a company based on what investors can actually buy. Nasdaq's current methodology already uses total market cap rather than free-float for weighting. But for very low-float stocks, they at least had a 10% minimum float threshold. Under the new proposal, that threshold DISAPPEARS entirely. Instead, any stock with less than 20% free float gets weighted at FIVE TIMES its actual float percentage, capped at 100%. Do the math on SpaceX: If SpaceX IPOs at $1.75 trillion and floats 5% of its shares, there would be roughly $87.5 billion worth of stock available for public trading. Under Nasdaq's proposed 5x multiplier, the index would weight SpaceX at 25% of its total market cap. That means passive funds would be forced to buy as if SpaceX were a $437.5 billion company. But only $87.5 billion of stock actually exists in the market. You are forcing hundreds of billions in passive buying into a $87.5 billion float. QQQ alone manages nearly $400 billion. The total Nasdaq-100 ecosystem represents over $1.4 trillion in exposure across ETFs, mutual funds, structured notes, and derivatives. Every single passive vehicle tracking this index would be REQUIRED to buy SpaceX at whatever price the market dictates. On Day 15. With zero price discovery. Zero track record as a public company. And a float so thin you could read through it. So what this actually does is it creates a structural wealth transfer mechanism. The passive bid from index funds pushes the stock price higher. That higher price benefits exactly one group of people: the insiders and early investors who own the other 95% of the shares. And when lock-up periods expire 90 to 180 days later? Those insiders sell into the artificially inflated passive bid. Your 401(k) is the exit liquidity. This is the fundamental corruption of indexing. Indexing used to be brilliant. Low cost. Efficient. You were free-riding on the price discovery done by active managers. The index reflected the market. Now the index IS the market. Trillions of dollars flow blindly into whatever the index tells them to buy. And the people who control the index methodology are changing the rules to serve the interests of a single IPO candidate. The S&P 500 requires companies to have at least…

Tucked away on pages 744-746 of the Farm Bill is language that will allow corporations to continue confining mother pigs to gestation crates. These 2.5' x 7' stalls restrain sows for 114 days of their pregnancy. They can only walk a few steps forward and a few steps backward. It's called the 'Save Our Bacon Act' even though the legislation it would overturn does not address bacon. It would overturn legislation that prevents the sale of whole-pig meat that comes from pigs whose mothers were confined to gestation crates in jurisdictions that voted to ban such products. This is not just an animal welfare issue. It's a public health threat. Research shows that 92.6% of crated sows exhibit abnormal, repetitive behaviors—known as stereotypies—within just one hour of observation. This is a coping mechanisms triggered by stress. Crated sows have markedly higher levels of stress hormones like adrenaline and noradrenaline compared to group-housed sows. This stress response weakens their immune systems and promotes the growth and virulence of foodborne pathogens such as Salmonella, Campylobacter, and Staphylococcus aureus. These pathogens often infect their piglets—who are born immunosuppressed and frequently remain infected until slaughter. These infections frequently go undetected during inspections. When infected pigs are slaughtered, the resulting pork can transmit disease to consumers. This isn’t hypothetical—it’s happening now. Piglets of group-housed sows show better resistance and resilience and are exposed to fewer pathogens. Pork is a leading source of foodborne illness in the U.S., responsible for an estimated 787,000 illnesses annually. Salmonella alone is responsible for $1.9 billion in annual public health costs, and 60% of sows test positive for it. Ten percent of these strains are multidrug-resistant. Campylobacter from pork causes 37,000 infections in the U.S. annually, and 83% of Campylobacter found on commercial pork chops is resistant to at least one medically important antibiotic. The overuse of antibiotics in pork production worsens this crisis. According to 2022 data from the FDA: -89% of pork producers administer antibiotics through feed or water. -27.1% of all medically important antibiotics sold in the U.S. are used in pork production. -This contributes directly to the rise of antimicrobial resistance—a threat the World Health Organization estimates is responsible for 700,000 deaths each year. The language in the Farm Bill says: SEC. 12006. Ensuring the Free Movement of Livestock-Derived Products in Interstate Commerce. (a) Purpose.— The purpose of this section is to— (1) protect the free movement in interstate commerce of products derived from covered livestock; (2) encourage a national market of such products; (3) ensure that producers of covered livestock are not subject to a patchwork of State laws restricting access to a national market; and (4) ensure that the United States continues to uphold its international trade obligations. (b) In General.— Producers of covered livestock have a Federal right to raise and market their covered livestock in interstate commerce and therefore no State or subdivision thereof may enact or enforce, directly or indirectly, a condition or standard on the production of covered livestock other than for covered livestock physically raised in such State or subdivision. (c) Protecting Interstate Commerce.— Producers of covered livestock have a Federal right to raise and market their covered livestock in interstate commerce and therefore no State or subdivision thereof may enact or enforce, directly or indirectly, as a condition for sale or consumption, any condition or standard of production on products derived from covered livestock not physically raised in such State or subdivision that is in addition to, or different from, the conditions or standards of production in the State in which the production occurs. (d) Definitions.— In this section: (1) Covered Livestock.— The term “covered livestock” (A) means any domestic animal raised for the purpose of— (i) slaughter for human consumption; or (ii) producing products manufactured for human consumption which are derived from the processing of milk, including fluid milk products; and (B) does not include domestic animals raised for the primary purpose of egg production. (2) Production.— The term “production”— (A) means the raising (including breeding) of covered livestock; and (B) does not include the movement, harvesting, or further processing of covered livestock. It's interesting to me, and nice, to both watch and see that more and more people are waking up to realize that "this narrative" exists, which is meant specifically, to keep people like @DrDisrespect down, forever associated with words and claims such as "pedo" and "predator". It actually gives hope that people realize that the wool pulled over their eyes was actually part of a carefully orchestrated, intentionally and artificially inflated narrative, that saw one person in particular, monetarily benefit / profit from the outrage they continue to this day, to inflate disingenuously. Here's a quick Q&A that considers legitimate FACTS surrounding the situation: Do I forgive #DrDisrespect for what he did? Yes. Should everyone else forgive him and move on too? Yes. Was he (DrDisrespect) wrong for what he did? Yes. Does any of this change the fact that he was wrong for what he did? No. But is he a "pedo" or "predator"? No. Were ANY of the whisper messages sexually explicit that were sent to a minor? No. Does he deserve the constant hate that the internet brings with it, ANYTIME he's mentioned? No. Is that hate intentionally inflated disingenuous of the situation itself? Yes. Does anyone stand to benefit, and/or Is someone making money off of the hate the internet brings with it, anytime his name is brought up? Yes. Has a SINGLE VICTIM ever manifested to corroborate these claims against DrDisrespect? No. Supporting Facts: - In ALL major on-line articles that detail specifics involving this situation, Breslau is either cited, or cited anonymously in coordination with Cody Connors, while The Rolling Stone article was specifically co-opted by "Rod Breslau", aka Slasher, who is the main person who goes out of his way, to this very day, to remind everyone of supposedly how terrible DrD is. BOTH have historically referenced this news in one way or another prior to the "big reveal" and BOTH have a long-term preexisting friendship. Meaning, that Slasher literally earns money by intentionally inflating the outrage surrounding this incident, which is why he continues to do so to this very date, ANYTIME the situation becomes relevant again. (I've included the most popular examples of this as part of the attachments to this post.) - During arbitration against Twitch, Twitch sent the entirety of the messages to the NCMEC (National Center for Missing and Exploited Children). The fact that the NCMEC did NOT forward the case to law enforcement is proof that the messages were NOT sexual, dismissing any claims of "sexting" or anything sexual involving a minor. In fact, the NCMEC reviewed the entirety of the Twitch Whispers in question, and deemed that nothing illegal happened, which they did by opting to NOT forward the case to Law Enforcement. Anything--EVEN REMOTELY suggestive involving a minor, is illegal under California Law. - In literally EVERY example of ANYONE posting DrD's X post where he admits to messaging a minor "at times, inappropriately", the example provided is INTENTIONALLY cropped to leave out the part where DrD specifically states that he is NOT a "pedo" or "predator". The fact that EVERY example intentionally leaves this part out, and that in not A SINGLE EXAMPLE, can they actually show his post in it's entirety, proves that the movement to continue associating him with such derogatory terms is intentional and disingenuous in nature. (I've included the part always cropped out as part of this post.) (In fact, I challenge ANYONE to find someone using his post, to show me that post referenced in it's entirety, because you WON'T find it.) - In ALL of this time, even TO DATE of this very post, which granted, even consider that at the time, when all of this originally even came to light, it had already been SEVEN FULL YEARS, and today, NINE YEARS, not ONE, SINGLE, EXAMPLE exists of a victim, or even a person remotely affected negatively as part of these very accusations, and this ALONE should be telling to EVERYONE. Think of any other remotely similar case, and ALL of them have a victim, yet in this case, NOBODY has ever come out to corroborate these claims or to share that they were hurt, harmed, or negatively impacted. tl;dr: Was he wrong for what he did? Yes. Did he do ANYTHING or discuss ANYTHING sexual, deserving of the titles "pedo" or "predator"? No. Is the reason SO MANY use those terms part of a larger agenda? Yes. Should everyone forgive and move on? Yes. This is NOT about simply defending DrDisrespect, it's NOT about being a fan of his content, it's about respecting the TRUTH, FACTS and DUE PROCESS, which out of an unmanaged hatred for the character, the internet continues to intentionally obfuscate.

I don't think there's much out there that can fix Bryan, but if there is, it's 5-Me0-DMT. Nothing is like it on earth. The strongest N,N DMT breakthrough experience can't touch it. I sat drinking Ayahuasca in the jungle puking for three nights, and on the fourth night, we were given 5-MeO. I was an outwardly Christian agnostic (the best way to explain it), and this experience made me believe more than I can explain. It was a life changing experience. Bryan, please don't ruin this by being weird about it. This is a lot different than mushrooms and traditional DMT. You aren't going to experience distortions or introspective thoughts. You are going to go into a white out and experience death. It is traumatic, you will be terrified, and then once you accept it, everything changes forever.
