🚨 BREAKING: 🚨The Maricopa County Board of Elections has come forward to issue an apology to President Trump, stating that elections officials in the county have now brought forth evidence alleging that then Secretary of State (now Governor) Katie Hobbs and then Speaker of the Arizona House of Representatives Rusty Bowers PERSONALLY ORDERED THEM TO DESTROY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF MAIL-IN BALLOTS FOR PRESIDENT TRUMP and to count the TENS OF THOUSANDS OF BALLOTS THAT WERE CAST BY ILLEGAL ALIENS FOR JOE BIDEN in Arizona's largest county in the 2020 election. This was "outcome-determinative fraud" by the very individuals who were entrusted to conduct, oversee and certify the election and Hobbs and Bowers are both alleged to have been on the payroll of at least 3 hostile foreign governments, The George Soros Open Society Foundation and The DNC in exchange for RIGGING the 2020 election in Arizona. Put simply, there is now IRREFUTABLE AND INDISPUTABLE PROOF that President Trump WON the state of Arizona in that STOLEN election out of the mouths of the very people who counted the votes. LOCK THESE TREASONOUS CROOKS UP NOW! 🇺🇸💪🏻🔥

Did you know that prior to 1986, Doritos chips were square? The inflation of the 1980s finally forced them to shrink the chips by 50%, but the triangle was to fool people into thinking they were the same size. It worked.

I'm a Smurf. I've been hired to run counter-intelligence operations at Smurf Village. My role is political; I've personally gone up against the evil wizard Gargamel. But once I'm on the inside, I discover that Smurf Village has a relationship with a goat-riding human boy called Peewit. Peewit isn't a Smurf. He's caused a lot of damage with his antics over the years. Why is he even here? I start digging. I pull up Papa Smurf's history with Peewit. Papa Smurf has been collaborating with this kid for years. Protecting him. Making excuses for him. Why? Peewit is reckless. Peewit makes messes. But Papa Smurf keeps letting him back in. The more I dig, the more Peewit I find. He's everywhere. In every file, behind every favor, connected to every mess. A picture forms in my head: if I'm looking for Peewit everywhere and I keep finding Peewit, the only logical conclusion is that Peewit is the one controlling Papa Smurf. Then a prominent Smurf gets assassinated. They say Gargamel's people did it. Case closed, move along. But I get access to the dead Smurf's private messages. And there's Peewit. Right there in the chats. The same Peewit I've been laser-focused on all year. Pressuring him. Making demands. I bring this to Papa Smurf and his inner circle. I bring it with alarm. Papa Smurf looks at me funny. And then — just like that — I'm kicked out of the investigation. No explanation. Just... out. This is the final proof that Peewit is controlling the Smurf Village. I know what I saw. I have to get the truth out there. So I do the unthinkable. I leak the information.

Be honest, Illinois ... is your life better under Pritzker? Are things more affordable? Are you ok losing the Bears to Indiana?
Ken Martin@kenmartin73

Congratulations, Governor @JBPritzker! He’s been a champion for Illinois in his two terms: lowering costs and standing up for his constituents against the Trump administration. Illinois, let’s re-elect Governor Pritzker this November!

@JHolmsted Gravy bread was a thing when I was growing up. I loved brown gravy on a slice of bread. You can also go to just about any Italian Beef place in Chicago and get the French roll soaked in the gravy that the beef is in. Delicious.

He took the greatest military force in world history, lost a war to a middle power in a week, begged the world to save him, and demanded that the media lie about this and everything else. I try, but at a simple human level I do not see how anyone can mistake this man’s almost supernatural weakness for strength. His weakness is something negative, gravitational, so deep that it can draw in a whole country. But only if we fail to see it. Only if we let it.

This post makes me (very) cautiously optimistic. Is there reason to hope? Yes. Could it all turn to ashes? Yes. Both outcomes are very possible. What angers me is there are to many people in this country, in our government especially, who are hoping, and working for failure. Their main reason is their dislike of the man who is President.

What if -- sorry if I'm spoiling the party -- what if America's tyrannical enemies all feel themselves on the run? What if it's working? What if Trump's basic foreign policy strategy -- not every element, and you may reasonably argue that some significant mistakes are being made -- is overall turning into a massively successful surge in American influence? What if the radical regimes, whether outright Marxists like Venezuela and Cuba or hybrid Marxist-Islamists like Iran, are either in retreat or desperately trying to reform from within to avoid that fate? I try not to comment on America's domestic politics. It isn't my place and I frankly don't know enough. But on the world stage, it's starting to look like Trump may have cut through the dumbest, oldest assumptions of the foreign policy brahmins and delivered through sheer grim determination a serious new direction for American policy. Yes, it may all go to the dogs. From Iran to Venezuela, it could all still fail. We're going through history for the first time, as it were. We don't know how the story ends. But the data points are piling up that suggest it's possible this could all succeed. What if China's alliance system breaks down, the Middle East emerges in a year or two (or perhaps ten) more stable and less radical than it is now, Venezuela begins to rebuild from the ruins of Chavezism, and even resilient little Cuba begins to reconsider its commitment to eternal poverty and dictatorship? What then?

This is what I was talking about in my previous post. To clarify, I am not saying anything negative about our fighting men and women. Our Navy and Air Force are doing a superb job. The problem is posts like the one pictured here. People like this are not just defeatists, they are trying to will their beliefs into reality by spreading nonsense like this. The comments go even further. It is posts like this that make people doubt what is coming from CENTCOM, The White House, and the Israelis, and just about any other news source . It’s as if they want bad things to happen because Trump is in charge. The post pictured below, as unhinged as it may read, will appeal to many simply because it quotes a professor, and to many, that fact alone carries weight. “He is a professor, so what he says here must be true.” How anyone who has limited to no knowledge of how military operations work can get an accurate assessment of the conflict is anyone’s guess.

The war with Iran is in Day 17. The reporting, and the “reporting” on the conflict has become a steaming pile of bovine excrement. Who is lying and who is not? Was the fire on the USS Gerald R. Ford a laundry room fire that injured 2, or was it a drone strike that caused a fire that burned for 30 hours and left 600 sailors without their bunk rooms? (I don’t know how a modern carrier is laid out, so, not sure if the ship’s laundry is close to the crew’s accommodations.) is Iran running out of missiles and drones, or aren’t they? Were all of the THAAD radars destroyed, or not? Missile attacks are fewer, is that because they are running out, or, were we hit so hard that we pulled units out of missile range? Have we suffered 1,000 casualties, or only 7 deaths and the 100 or so that were wounded? Has a destroyer been badly damaged by a missile strike? Has Tel Aviv been heavily damaged by Iranian missiles, with thousands reported dead and injured? Or, has damage, and casualties been minimal? Right now on social media, these stories of both victory and defeat are everywhere, with the stories of American losses gaining the most traction. This makes me want to know who is lying. In the space of two minutes, I see a post about the attrition of Iranian missiles and launchers, to which someone posts that Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Israel are under attack by at least 100 ballistic missiles today, contradicting reports of Iranian missile launches being way down. . Another account reports heavy Israeli losses in ground combat against Hezbollah in S. Lebanon. Finally there are those reporting that the US-Israeli effort failed, and Iran is the strategic victor in this conflict. My concern is that many people get their news from CNN, NBC, etc. and social media. Much of the bogus content is on TikTok and X. Where does one go to find accurate reports of what is going on. I have a couple that I follow, but, the accounts putting out the embellished, if not outright false narratives are growing in number, so much so, my timeline is full of them. Now, I believe that Iran is back on their heels. They have taken a pounding, that much is evident. But, the details are lacking. How does one find accurate reports? Living in the so-called “Information Age” is having to wade through too much information, to the point where it overwhelms one’s ability to process and make sense of it.

I have never, ever had that. I had no idea such a thing exists. Let’s set the record straight here. What you have pictured is NOT a staple of the American diet. The vast majority of us eat home-cooked meals, and if chicken is on the menu, it is a whole bird that didn’t come from a can. Maybe you ought spend some time understanding real Americans instead of the American you think you know. Oh, and you are going to criticize our government. Look in a mirror sir, your nation is but a shadow of its former self.

Perhaps Florida is unusual—although I've also lived in New York and Connecticut—but I keep seeing people post these photos of a park or a swingset or a kid riding a bike and saying "this is what they took from you," and it's literally what my town looks like today.

@ChefGruel My mother used to make carnation instant milk to stretch the food budget. We always knew because the tiny granules didn’t dissolve completely and they’d cling to the glass. That and the disgusting taste! Lol

I would normally add a touch of celery seed, but she indicated it's for the kids, and for a thin ranch that kids dip everything in, celery seed can sometimes be a little noticeable. The seeds are tiny, but they don’t dissolve, and some kids pick up that slightly bitter celery note.

As a Japanese person, I’m curious what’s the first thing that pops into your head when you think of Japan? 🧐 Like how people think of “nukes” when they think of America or “carpets” when they think of Iran.
