Next year we release the Deputy Chief Justice, and we can easily have Justice Lenaola as the DCJ, as we recruit one more entry into the Apex Court. ✅️ The term is 10 years for any CJ or the earlier one gets to 70, however the Constitution contemplates that if the CJ get to clear the 10 yrs before 70 & wish to remain as a Judge, the number at the Apex Court will be 8 Judges. 👌✅️

I find that we are very contradictory as Kenyans. We decry corruption and looting of public funds by our leaders and civil servants who do it to fund their lavish lifestyles, yet get very puzzled and disappointed when people live within their means. These are salaried people who had responsibilities and a tight payslip from loans early on in their careers. I saw the same sentiment when SKM attended a relative's burial. Watu wakiuliza kwanini hakujengea his brother? The flasy mansions are built with our looted taxes! Why do we find their modest standards of living a turn-off?
