@nw_nicholas First thought that came into my head when I heard the tragic news.
English

@GoodwinMJ Farage is discredited because he is a lying grifter, who used Clacton and has done nothing for them.
English

They are trying to discredit Nigel Farage because they are trying to discredit you, the people.
They are trying to dismantle Reform because they want to dismantle the only viable opposition to their failing project.
They are all acting in unison by refusing to participate in democracy — including the Tories & Restore — because they want to remove the voice of the people.
No matter what you think about Nigel Farage or Reform, look at the bigger picture.
The establishment is trying to crush the only viable, serious alternative to their regime.
If Reform fail, it’s more mass immigration, more broken borders, more two-tier justice, more soft-on-crime policies, more treating the British people like second-class citizens in their own country.
Don’t let them succeed.
Keep looking at the bigger picture and act accordingly.
English

@SuellaBraverman You are a joke in the world of serious politics. When was your by-election after joining Reform?
English

@SuellaBraverman Yet your boss revers & hero worship a convicted rapist & possible paedo.
English

I’ll take no lectures from you, the guy who went out of his way to defend Huw Edwards- a man embedded in the establishment while he was committing awful sex offences.
Shame on you.
Jon Sopel@jonsopel
People versus the establishment? Are you kidding? Nigel Farage is the son of a stockbroker who went to Dulwich College and then follows his dad into the city, gets gifted millions, promotes crypto and gold bullion, been in politics for decades - he IS the establishment
English

@implausibleblog He has sold his soul, like many in Reform. Conference League politican now.
English

It's so sad to see the fall of Robert Jenrick
He focuses on political accountability (MPs to constituents) and tries to dismiss standards accountability (whether rules have been broken)
He plays a tragic victim card saying that Nigel Farage loves his job in Clacton, when he's rarely there, doesn't hold in-person surgeries and can't even be bothered to turn up to parliament
He repeatedly says Farage has not broken any rules, even though Farage didn't declare a £5m gift, then made multiple explanations for what that was for: security, reward for Brexit - the dishonesty and inconsistency speaking volumes
He tries to validate Nigel Farage's innocence based on whether he'll be re-elected as MP, opposed to whether he's broken any standards
That's like saying, a company director is accused of fraud, but someone argues: ‘The only people who can judge him are the shareholders. If they keep him as CEO, that proves he did nothing wrong'
I guess now the Conservatives have said they won't take Jenrick back, even though he was a Conservative MP for over 11 years, he's got no option other than to goo full hog with Reform UK
So sad
English

@reformparty_uk He doesn't have any integrity. He's a grifting, lying conman who has sold out to billionaires.
English

@SarahForRuncorn You're a laughing stock...try telling the truth for once.
English

@ZiaYusufUK Nige is on the ropes and you all know it!
English

@Nigel_Farage The media must scrutinise you. This is what a free press does.
MPs must also have oversight of their peers. It's a check to minimise corruption, but you know that. Don't you!
English

@BelindadeLucy Expenses for what? He's rarely in Parliament & does no constituency work for Clacton. He's an absent MP.
English

‘Along the way we learned that he had not claimed a penny in personal expenses from Parliament. No wonder other MPs hate him. dailymail.com/columnists/art…
English

@LozzaFox Most of us don't give a shit, what you think.
English

If I was a canvasser for any of the established political parties I would be pretty miffed that my party leaders had decided not to represent my voice just because they hate Nigel so much.
What a state British politics is in when political parties don’t stand in elections. This is meant to be a democracy. People should have options when choosing who to vote for.
I also sympathise with Nigel being harassed and abused by the media and the establishment. I lost an extremely lucrative career for speaking up and have been targeted by the police and others for opinions.
There’s lots of things that Nigel won’t want to talk about in this election and someone is going to have to provide a voice on the “right” (whatever that means) so in the absence of a mainstream political party going out there, someone else has to.
Shambles country we live in.
Laurence Fox@LozzaFox
Clacton is my back yard. I will be standing against @Nigel_Farage in the constituency.
English

@LeeAndersonMP_ @Nigel_Farage @reformparty_uk It's called scrutiny, Lee. If you lot didn't lie through your teeth, then maybe there would be less criticism.
A journo calling at a door once, then leaving is not "hounding". It's a pathetic attempt of distraction from Fraudage's ropey finances.
English

The Gutter Press.
The Hyenas masquerading as political journalists make a good living out of attacking and feasting on @Nigel_Farage and @reformparty_uk
Why do they bite the hand that feeds them?
And why are they scared of the good people of Clacton?
Please comment below.

English

@Nigel_Farage You've been to America more times than you've been to Clacton & you're rarely in Parliament doing any MP work.
You have done nothing for Clacton. It's time foe Count Binface!
English

@LeeAndersonMP_ Most of us know you're a pack of chancers.
