Very nicely done precision onc study by our colleagues DownUnder! Clear benefit of genomically matched therapies when matching based on tier 1-3a biomarker evidence- but not for lower level data-based matches (see tier definition in fig 1). Teaching point- precision medicine works but only when practiced within well defined boundaries! Definitely a study you do not want to just jow should i say…jump over!
