Hi @BinanceHelpDesk, I need urgent assistance. I received a bug bounty payment from @cantinaxyz, but it was sent via an unsupported network (Story Protocol) to my Binance ETH deposit address, so the funds are not credited.

They should export your private key and possibly withdraw this way
