TO HELP THEIR CREATORS UNTIL YOU MENTION THAT THEY VIOLATE LAW🚨🚨🚨 @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators YouTube demonetized my channel for 'inauthentic content.' On the support chat, they repeatedly lied, claiming it was a 'final decision.' However, as soon as I mentioned that this violates DSA (Digital Services Act) regulations, the employee’s attitude suddenly changed, and I was connected to a supervisor. That person again falsely claimed the decision was final. Only after I pointed out the DSA violations once more did they suddenly state they could escalate the case to an internal team for a manual human review. After waiting a week and a half for feedback, I received another rejection—a generic template with no specific justification. This is a direct violation of the DSA transparency rules. I suspect that no human actually reviewed it, as my appeal video still has 0 views. Now, I can’t even access the support chat anymore. While I have already filed a formal complaint with the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), I still demand a fair and thorough human review of my channel regarding monetization. they need to get the bots out. In my case, I create lore breakdowns based on books. I initially used fan art for illustration, but after facing issues, I switched to using generated visuals just to stay compliant — and still ended up getting flagged for “inauthentic content.” So it feels like even when creators try to adapt, the system isn’t clearly distinguishing between original work and what it considers non-compliant. There really needs to be more clarity and proper human review in cases like this.

At this point it really feels like everything is being handled by automated systems, so please keep records of everything — emails, timestamps, videos — you might need it. YouTube just demonetized my channel 3DLifeSavers for "Inauthentic Content" and I need someone to explain how that's even possible. @timdanilovhi Every single video on this channel is 100% MANUALLY animated in Blender. I build 3D warrior models, rig them, animate fight sequences, and render every frame using freelancers. Samurai. Ninjas. Medieval combat. All original. All handcrafted. This is not AI-generated. This is not recycled footage. This is not spam. Here's exactly how every video is made: – Scripts researched and written by me using actual historical sources – 3D characters designed and built from scratch in Blender – Every animation hand-keyed frame by frame – Sound design and editing done manually I understand YouTube is trying to crack down on AI slop flooding the platform. I support that. But your automated system is punishing the exact creators who are doing it the right way — putting in real hours, real craft, and real effort into original 3D animation. My appeal was rejected within a day. That's not a human review. That's a rubber stamp. @TeamYouTube — give this channel an actual human review. Look at the Blender project files. Look at the render logs. Look at the work. Creators who build everything from scratch deserve better than getting wiped out by a filter that can't tell the difference between original animation and content farm garbage.

Reviews are done internally, so it might not show as a view count on your video appeal. If this is your first rejection, you can reapply to YPP 30 days after receiving your application decision email. If this isn’t your first rejection, you'll have to wait 90 days from your application decision email to reapply. To confirm when you’re eligible to reapply, you can monitor the Earn page in YouTube Studio
