Hey @TeamYouTube as requested, I am sharing my case details. My channel, Neonight, is part of the same demonetization issue (since January 14). The flag recently shifted from "Harmful content involving minors" to "Misleading family content". This confirms the system is confused, likely due to the animated characters from Friday Night Funkin' mods. My content is rhythm gameplay for a general audience (+13), marked as "Not made for kids". Even though my Partner Manager is already handling the escalation with an expert, I wanted to document this for more visibility!

As shown in this quoted tweet, my channel was already manually reviewed and fully cleared for this exact issue. Since then, I’ve only uploaded 3 videos of the same content: Friday Night Funkin' mods and gameplay featuring fictional in-game characters. There are no real people, minors or dangerous acts involved, just music and gameplay. This is hurting my channel despite following all policies. I kindly request a manual human review. 🙏

So now tell me why my channel got flagged change? @TeamYouTube First: “harmful content involving minors” Then suddenly: “misleading family content” That tells me this wasn’t a human review, this is AI moderation guessing. Let me be clear: • A real human wouldn’t change violations randomly • A real human would check analytics • A real human would point to specific videos • A real human wouldn’t ignore clear adult audience data My analytics show adults are watching my content. That data is right there yet completely ignored. And let’s be clear this isn’t just happening to me. This isn’t an isolated case. This is a PATTERN. Gaming channels. Animations. All hit by the same excuse: “Harmful content involving minors.” Pure gameplay. No real people. No kids. So what exactly is being reviewed here our channels or an AI hallucination? @TeamYouTube @nealmohan If your channel was flagged for “Harmful content involving minors” especially if it’s pure gameplay or animation. TAG @TeamYouTube AND @ReneRitchie. He said @ReneRitchie “has been looking into it.” That was 2 months ago. Since then? Things didn’t get better they got worse. More creators demonetized. More channels stuck. Zero clarity. So what exactly was “looked into”? Because the damage is still ongoing. He shouldn’t have been banned in the first place. That was clearly a mistake and I’m genuinely happy for him. But here’s the real problem: Why does he get specific videos listed? Why does he get to talk to a REAL HUMAN so fast? Why does his channel get fixed almost immediately? BUT US? @TeamYouTube Meanwhile, me and these creators @NpcUniverse @Neonight19 @wisebattles @Secret4Studio @HazardCinema @SLHanimation @master_pivot @emezie @IslamJuma38781 @cazzycosmin @StormXF3 @aierror_yt @PrezesSwiata @Yunus28259968 @GZUprise @cptYT_ @heydad159137 etc have been tweeting hundreds of times, begging for clarity. Not even a real reply. Not even a clear explanation. Okay, let’s say we did violate a policy — WHICH VIDEO? You can name exact videos for him, but suddenly you “can’t” do the same for us? This isn’t about policy anymore. This is about unequal treatment. You don’t treat all creators the same and it shows. You’re fast, responsive, and human with VIRALS creators. Cold, silent, and vague with us because we're not viral enough? Do you think we don't deserve it? @TeamYouTube This is beyond disappointing. @TeamYouTube, do better.
