@Jason What are you looking for? Most of the places mentioned (st anton, lech, verbier val d’isere) are amazing but very crowded late feb and very competitive on powder days. If you’re alone you can find accommodation last minute, i would check snow forecasts and go for smaller resort.

If you had 4-6 days to ski in Europe in late Feb, where would you go? Going solo, no kids

@jelleprins What about asking team how they would define and evaluate success of a proposed solution?

@chrija @sethbannon Haha, you both rock! BTW: Paperscraper looks seriously cool! I love @elicitorg , not as real time, but may help to check if the latest coolest papers are supported by findings from earlier research

When I want to understand something about cohort analysis, I ask @chrija. Nobody understands it better. Well, you're all in luck, because he just published his wisdom in the ultimate guide to cohort analysis! A must read. medium.com/point-nine-new…

I’ve just realized that ‘Yesterday’ is the perfect song for every SaaS founder and investor who’s longing back to 2021. You have to replace only one word.

Twitter's For You page is so annoying that I've started to filter out bad tweets myself (ironically using AI)

Some ideas for products I might want to build: 1. Simple curated learning guides. 2. Plug-and-play admin interface with product analytics. 3. Personal manuals with personality test, collaboration preferences, communication style etc. Of these three, which intrigues the most?

@isafulf What is privacy of data inserted with this plugin? Will it be used for training? Could it end up in a response to someone else query?

@jeremyphoward Wow! Incredible conversation! So empowering to have an expert level thought partner always available. Also bit frightening though. What’s the point of studying beyond pure enjoyment if AI will have more knowledge, same or better reasoning and can even come up with new insights?

I've always been rather confused about claims that embodiment or grounding is needed for intelligence, but never had much luck getting good engagement on this topic. For the first time, I managed to - by talking to Bing! It even came up with a novel take. gist.github.com/jph00/df63d9d7…

@KimHeijdenrijk Mooie brief!

The bad news: @zenly is dead. I don’t know what to use and I’m sad! I’m sure you’ll come to regret that decision @evanspiegel. Thank you everyone else for the extreme support ❤️ The good news: we’ve been working on cool new stuff with a few friends... ↓

Collecting the best resources for learning AI in the order I play to study them, along with the topics they cover. Some popular courses, books, and famous AI/math textbooks. Let me know what you think of these or if I'm missing anything good! briansunter.com/pages/ai-learn…

@shak The closest 20th century equivalent of marketplaces where probably department stores: aggregating supply and demand and limiting the cost of distribution / finding the right product.

@levelsio There are already publicly available models that can detect GPT2: huggingface.co/openai-detecto… . I've tried a bunch of GPT3 written texts and this model detects them surprisingly well. Likely trivial for google to build an even better model given their abundance of training data.

New graph visualization I'm working on for @logseq pick a couple important notes in your graph and notes are colored based on how far away they are in the graph. The colors get blended together if paths exist to multiple anchors.
