Hey there, we certainly understand the confusion. The chat window you may see on the support site is there to answer initial questions and help gather information to create a support case. You should still get the options to contact support after answering the initial questions. If you continue to have trouble, or do still need help with any Stripe-related issues, please feel free to send us a DM.

Went to contact Stripe support today and found there doesn't appear to be any way to do that. Just an LLM AI Assistant that can only tell you what's in the public documentation. As my (and many many other) businesses rely on Stripe that's pretty terrifying. @stripe @patrickc

@stripesupport Is it still possible to get in touch with a human at Stripe Support about my account? All the support links now go to your LLM assistant which is no use for anything not address in your public documentation.
