Tennis sparring is my paid job, so I do not record my work. Not long ago, I played a beach volleyball tournament, grinding out 6+ intense matches a day because I competed in Men's 2v2, Mixed with my wife, and Men's 4v4 categories, completely on zero carbs. Zero energy dips. I barely document my life and my wife just shot a couple of clips when she was free because my focus is on playing, not content. I am a crappy blogger, so what. I choose volleyball because playing tennis pro is a massive financial drain and I actually hate tennis. You have to change shoes every 2 weeks, buy new balls for every single workout, and strings break every 2-3 training sessions, plus it is brutal on your joints. Volleyball just needs shorts and sand is forgiving. If you want to argue, go test this lifestyle for 3 months, or better a couple of years with blood panels to actually know for sure. Better yet, stop wasting our time nitpicking a stranger over a 30-second video, claiming it is not a workload or that someone must stand across the net because "that is not how people train." Tell me what works based on what you have actually tried in your own life. Show your own life, share your experience, and I will gladly say "good job brother" and give you a like. Everyone wins. Why engage in this nonsense. Go focus on your own life instead of trying to correct strangers. This is my last reply.

@raykeatard Do you just want to look at my eyes or what? Whenever I play volleyball I always wear glasses even in the shade because there is constantly sand flying directly into my face.

Every time I play beach volleyball at noon without sunscreen, someone tells me I’m going to fry. I’m out there for hours and I never burn. It’s not magic skin. It’s because I stopped eating seed oils. When your cells aren’t loaded with oxidized industrial junk, your skin actually handles the sun just fine. We’re terrified of the sun, but happily eat french fries cooked in literal engine lubricant. Make it make sense. What’s more toxic, what you put on your skin or what you eat?

@almpist Incredible. Redheads thriving in direct sunlight is the best proof that seed oils are the real enemy. Enjoy the sun.

@arny_dm Redhead here. I was in the mile high sun all afternoon yesterday. Today my golden glow has deepened. The longer I avoid seed oils the better it gets. Bring on the vitamin D.

@givexperience Yeah you are right. You should probably go rub some oxybenzone and parabens on your skin and eat a burger with fries cooked in industrial seed oil. Stay safe out there.

@DDC1876503 Haha George Costanza is a legend. But I agree the golden years thing is a complete scam.

@arny_dm Lucky you. 👍 I’m one of these George Constanza type do’s. Terrible getting old. Whoever invented the “golden years” expression should be put to death by 1000 cuts 😂.

@activematx Haha I think they are just a random pair from a Walmart in the US. It is definitely time for an upgrade though. I really need to buy new ones soon.

I'm older than you. One of the unexpected side effects of my mostly meat/seed oil free diet was my liver or "old guy" spots disappeared. Your skin is literally constructed from what you've eaten. When you eat the wrong things your body build & rebuilds itself with the wrong materials. Think of it like using parts made out of chinesium rather than the original manufacturer to repair your car.

In the 1800s breakfast was eggs and meat. Real fuel. Then John Kellogg invented corn flakes to calm down his patients and suppress their energy. His brother added sugar and made it a billion-dollar industry. They didn’t design cereal for health. They designed it for control. Are you still starting your day with a bowl of obedience?

@TrollFootball For me this cup would be just perfect, honestly Looking at this ‘trophy’ already makes me drool. Turkey, don’t be upset, I’d happily take it home and celebrate it with extra sauce🤣

Always happy to help. Let me know how you are doing in a few weeks. Do not forget to eat plenty of fat. When I switched to keto five years ago I had absolutely zero energy for two weeks. I could not even walk up to the second floor because my legs hurt so much. You just have to wait it out until your body learns how to run on fat

@arny_dm Cool man. Thanks for breaking it down. I’m glad I’m doing some things right. I appreciate you taking the time to respond. I’ve been getting back into tennis which I’m excited about. Baseball was my sport in college but tennis has always been my #2

Everyone is terrified that red meat will destroy their cholesterol. Meanwhile, cereal companies slap a big red heart on a box of pure sugar and nobody even blinks. I’ve eaten steak almost every single day for years. My bloodwork is clean. That cereal box has never had to prove a damn thing to anyone. We trust fancy packaging more than we trust our own bloodwork. What “healthy” food do you think would actually fail a real test if someone bothered to run one?

I dropped a huge slice of butter on my steak at dinner and the guy next to me gasped like I just committed a crime. Ten minutes later I watched that exact same guy eat a protein bar with twenty chemical ingredients he could not even pronounce. Butter built healthy humans for thousands of years. Granola bars were invented to sit on a shelf for five years without rotting. We did not get smarter about food we just got brainwashed by clever packaging. What is one natural food you used to be terrified of because of bad marketing?

@AndyBethel6 Your numbers are actually great. A triglyceride to HDL ratio close to one means your metabolic health is excellent. In our community we do not worry about ApoB when triglycerides are that low. Donating blood was the perfect move for the ferritin

@arny_dm Cool, thanks. Do you think your bloodwork is good due to the diet, the fact that you fast more often or combination? My total cholesterol is 218, LDL 134, ApoB 103, trig 73, HDL 69, Trig/Hdl 1.04, ferritin 350. ApoB & ferritin (just donated blood to reduce) are concerning markers
