SETTING THE FOUNDATION:
This is the most underestimated and skipped process for getting optimized. Any supplement or peptide isnt going to fix a broken foundation. Once you have the foundation set, now you get the most effect out of anything you take 💪🏼
4 Building Blocks 🧱
🩸 Comprehensive blood panel: Get this test done, and make sure it includes a full hormone panel. Theres a lot of good online options for scripts nowadays.
🍱 Diet: Rich in whole foods, limit processed food/alcohol. High protein.
🏃♂️ Exercise: Have a consistent workout split, it can be in any form you enjoy most, even sports
💧 Hydration: this is important for so many reasons (especially if you are on a GLP). Good electrolyte powders and celtic sea salt works well for this.
Once we have our foundations set, we cruise into your best selves effortlessly.

It’s a broad range of 1-5mg/day. I took 1mg for 4 weeks back in Jan/Feb before taking Mots C. I didn’t notice anything but I’d also heard that might be the case. This time I’m going to start at 2mg and work up to 5mg. I’ve heard/read that 4-5mg is the sweet spot. I had to buy a gallon of it at that dosing though. 😁

What's your stack? Here's mine:
✅ 140mg TestCyp weekly (multiple shots instead of just one to avoid the peaks and valleys)
✅ Liposomal NAD+, BCP-157, & Glutathione in the morning (all in capsule form). Will likely change to glutathione injections soon.
✅ Tirzepatide @ 3mg per week
✅ MOTS-C @ 10mg per week, bumping to 15mg next week.
✅ DSIM for sleep in the evenings. Game changer.
✅ Workout is a mix of lifting and acrobatics.

I know there’s mixed reviews but can report back that the DSIP worked for me. I’m a horrible sleeper, didn’t wake up one time and felt good this morning after a solid 5 💤
