AI will help discover new science, such as cures for diseases, which is perhaps the most important way to increase quality of life long-term. AI will also present new threats to society that we have to address. No company can sufficiently mitigate these on their own; we will need a society-wide response to things like novel bio threats, a massive and fast change to the economy, extremely capable models causing complex emergent effects across society, and more. @CxmeronCc He's down graded series because he can't race in F1. His driving style & FIA help has always put a shadow over him. He needs to leave F1 & race a in a serie where he competes at a lesser lever than F1. All drivers want that so it will be good for him and the sport if he lives F1

Torture doesn't work. At least not efficiently enough to warrant it. Logically, it makes sense why it doesn't work. When you're in pain and want it to stop you'll just start talking nonsense. The CIA got bad intel for years during their torture program. Some was useful but a lot of it was nonsense. They found that appealing to the person's sensibilities results in better info. "Look, nobody does what you do because they like their current situation. I saw you're married and have children. Do you want your kids to live in a safe neighborhood and go to a good school? We can do that. Just give us some names and locations." The success rate goes up with tactics like the above.

After much reflection, I have decided to resign from my position as Director of the National Counterterrorism Center, effective today. I cannot in good conscience support the ongoing war in Iran. Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation, and it is clear that we started this war due to pressure from Israel and its powerful American lobby. It has been an honor serving under @POTUS and @DNIGabbard and leading the professionals at NCTC. May God bless America.
