Most MAGA have no problems with Israel and support Trump doing away with Iran. They don’t support “forever” wars and this one is not even close.

I’ll have more thoughts on my Substack but Pam Bondi had the toughest job in the administration. Not just by taking over a systemically corrupt department with internal (and external) saboteurs throughout DOJ’s 100,000+ workforce, but to meet expectations by the president and MAGA base for revenge over what the DOJ had done to Trump and his supporters for nearly a decade. Unfortunately, it became clear early on she wasn’t up for the formidable challenge. This is the right move by the president, albeit overdue. If Lee Zeldin is indeed the next AG, that is tremendous news for the administration and the base.

I'm not TDS. I supported everytime. The difference is, I recognize he has flaws like everyone else. On balance, my support for him is rooted in his 'bull in a china shop' approach. An approach that he can never quite pull off because he appoints and endorses some of the worst swamp creatures on the planet. I know plenty of behind the curtains political crap about DeSantis to know he isn't perfect, but his performance as Florida's governor as been far superior to any Governor in the country and presents himself and his message better than Trump ever has.

I am going to very strongly disagree with some of my friends and say that Ron DeSantis should not be the next attorney general. Recall what he said about the Stormy Daniels case, his weak objections to the lawfare against the president including raid of Mar-a-Lago, and, MORE IMPORTANTLY, his refusal to defend/protect his own constituents being tormented by the Biden FBI/DOJ in the J6 persecution. Florida had the greatest number of J6ers and DeSantis did nothing to help defend them. (And spare me the "he couldn't do anything, they were federal cases.) He refused to even meet with J6ers and their families. A big no from me.
