@GWRHelp do I need a reservation for wor to btm tomorrow morning? I've got a reservation from temple meads to Cardiff on a separate ticket but using my season ticket to get to temple meads.

@TLRailUK hi, I've got a ticket from farringdon to Royston around 3pm. Would it be better/ticket be accepted to go via kings cross rather than farringdon?

@veezugroup why is it called a "fixed fare" on your app, when I then get charged 50% extra at the end of the journey? Is there a maximum you charge ontop, only I never know how much I am going to be charged.

@crazyyetnormal Hi. If you have an advance single ticket and your booked train is cancelled, your original ticket will be valid on the two CrossCountry services before of after your booked one. ^JM

@CrossCountryUK hi, just getting some travel arrangements in place for next week. What is your policy on getting other trains if one is cancelled? Can I get the train before? (Obviously hoping to not have to but it would be better to be early for this than later!)

@GWRHelp @CrossCountryUK how does delay repay work when I'm delayed by both companies? (GWR train was cancelled, now on a XC with no driver and not enough warning to change platforms to get GWR train).

@crazyyetnormal As GWR have stated, it'll be the company that caused the initial delay. If the GWR cancellation was before our delayed train with no driver, you'd still claim from GWR. ^DA

@BBCMorningLive @xandvt lol about the BBC archives with old cures. I have my grans medical textbook from 1936, CPR hadn't been invented and basically if it couldn't be treated with cannabis or cocaine, it was fatal!

@bbcweather given that my house is still standing (and I live in the UK!) I'm not entirely sure the wind speed for today and tomorrow is accurate! 7092mph winds is a bit excessive!

I have a disability which makes walking incredibly difficult and your driver saying that he "shouldn't have taken this job" despite there being a clearly faster route.

@veezugroup apparently your drivers have to go a certain route, irrespective of traffic? Is this correct when all I want is to get from work to station before my train? I've had to get out the car and walk in order to not miss my second train, despite there being faster routes.
