I’ll never forget the day the new executive leadership joined Mesosphere (@d2iq) to attempt a ‘pivot.’ During a Sales Kickoff Event, they used a slide featuring the Salesforce Tower to symbolize their ambition for a ‘D2iQ Tower.’ That’s when I realized it was all over.

@therealreal Trying to reach out to customer service for a week re: an expensive package I never received. No response from customer service & insane phone wait times. I am both a frequent purchaser & also a consigner. Used to have great customer service...but it's gone downhill.

@whbm Have a package that was supposed to arrive a week ago. Everyday it never arrives and a new delivery date is added for the next day. Tried ur customer service chat twice--no help at all, tried calling--waiting and waiting, tried UPS--they don't have live service reps. help!

@therealreal Wut is going on?? My package was never delivered, I contacted customer service twice already, and I can't get through to a customer service rep on the phone. I've been a customer for several years--shocking that this is how a "luxury retailer" treats customers.
