Ultimately, $ASTS is a satellite company. Putting batches of satellites on orbit, consistently and reliably, is the one true unlock. We’re are so close. This is the last great shakeout (until we dip from $300 to $180).

$ASTS $AMZN: 🚨AMAZON VALIDATES "LARGE DEMAND" FOR D2D "The last thing I'll say about it is, you know, your question about Globalstar. Increasingly what we're finding with our customers and enterprises and governments is that they don't like to have any periods where they don't have connectivity. It upsets whatever customer experience they are going through, even in metropolitan areas. We all hit certain parts of the highway or certain roads where you can't get connectivity or you're hiking or you're skiing. We see very large demand for consumers to have direct-to-device. That was really the impetus for our acquisition of Globalstar. They have unusual and scarce global spectrum that's required to provide direct-to-device." - Andy Jassy @ajassy, President & CEO of @amazon

All I know is that the last 3-4 times I felt this way, $ASTS ended up ripping shortly thereafter.

@redrum_2001 I’m not hung up on the 45 satellites by EOY. If the time between shipments keeps decreasing, meaning cadence is increasing, I’m perfectly happy with 25-30 by EOY.

$ASTS - Sentiment is low. My hopes for the future are high. Here's why. The market wants to see execution, i.e., satellites being shipped and launched. To meet their goal of 45 satellites in orbit by the end of the year, things need to start moving. I understand that the market is worried and doesn't trust communicated deadlines since they've been overly optimistic historically. Not even the FCC approval was enough to please the market, understandably so, since an approval without actual satellites is way less worth than an approval with satellites rolling out of the factory in Midland, Texas. I think this is about to change. I expect delivery of the first batch of three satellites (BB8-BB10) in the coming two to three weeks. This will obviously be a big positive. But the real unlock will occur if (when!) BB11-BB13 ships within a month from the first batch. That will prove that AST is ready to ramp production cadence. I expect 3-6 satellites to be shipped monthly the rest of the year. When the market realizes that things are about to get real, the FCC approval will be seen in a different light, and the race is on. AST seems to have had a bunch of unforeseen production hiccups. The latest one was the stacking of the new carbon fiber shells, which has now been solved according to AST. I think that was the last bottleneck. During this delay, AST has continued to hoard a lot of ready-to-go components, such as microns, that are just waiting to be integrated into a finished satellite. Once the last bottleneck is gone, cadence will ramp fast. It's time.

@StormChant911 @thekookreport Revisit this tweet in two years. What have you built in your life? What the AST team has accomplished over the last few years is downright impressive. I stand with Abel, Scott, and Kook.

@thekookreport No one believes the shit you pump here anymore. Don’t you get it - most people have lost faith in this management team - it’s an unmitigated disaster. Our only hope is that someone who knows how to run a company buys us out. If not, we continue to bleed with these idiots.

A reminder that $ASTS CEO is playing for equity upside. He's a true owner operator. - Base Salary. Mr. Avellan has historically asked not to be paid any base salary in excess of applicable minimum wage requirements under federal law. He has not received any base salary from the Company since the consummation of the Business Combination in April 2021.     - Cash Bonus. Mr. Avellan did not participate in our annual bonus program in 2025 and received no cash bonus payouts for 2025 performance.

Please God, make it stop* *as probably one of the most hardened people who own the stock, it’s instructive that when my inner instinctual wolf is saying “basta!” you can only imagine what others are feeling and doing. I try to listen to the other wolf - the wolf that wants to win. $ASTS

$ASTS currently on the longest correction (61 days) since 2024. Normally when consolidations take this long the eventual breakouts are more sustainable. This correction could always cut deeper and go on for longer, but the 200sma is being tested for the first time since last June. It's worth noting it undercut the 200sma for most of the month of April 2025 before resolving higher in June. *NFA

Maybe when this goes to $1,000, you and I see if we can’t get a Steve Larrison wing at KSC and have an area dedicated to LEO innovations and of course, the rabble rousers called the #Spacemob that allowed one particular innovation to see light. That would be cool. Give us a goal.

GOOD: Amateur hour comparison of SpaceX and $ASTS market caps to say $ASTS is undervalued. BAD: Proper industry comparison of SpaceX and $ASTS using price-to-sales to point out how ridiculously overvalued $ASTS is. Unfortunately, these accounts who pump a single stock like $ASTS 24/7 do nothing but create bad practices and mislead retail investors. It's because they could care less about their followers. Their only goal is to pump a stock incessantly for their own selfish reasons.

@dbkopp not short for "low bandwidth". It's low-frequency band. Can be confusing since higher frequences make higher bandwidths possible, so you need a bigger share of the spectrum to get decent bandwidth in a low-frequency band.

$ASTS What is keeping Starlink from developing and deploying low bandwidth D2D satellites? Is it that the MNOs have the low band spectrum, so Starlink’s only path is through the MNOs, which is unlikely because of their architecture?
Alexander@AlexfromBabylon

$ASTS I am just going to leave this here: In a multi-tenant D2D world (multiple satellite operators like AST SpaceMobile, Starlink, Amazon Leo/Kuiper, Lynk/Omnispace, Viasat/Equatys, etc., co-existing and often partnering with the same carriers), the low-band layer (<1 GHz cellular spectrum, primarily 700/800 MHz) will remain critically important—likely the single biggest differentiator for real-world performance, customer experience, and carrier economics in coverage-focused use cases. It won't be the only layer (capacity will come from mid-band/MSS), but it will be the foundational "coverage anchor" that makes D2D feel like a seamless extension of terrestrial networks rather than a patchy backup. Multi tenant means AST can work with all MNO’s worldwide and have a low band monopoly. This will only drive TAM expansion. Midband is the competition layer that will be commoditized by Starlink and Amazon connectivity bundles. Lowband is the most important technically hardest layer and the FCC just gave it regulatory approval. Market still does not get this. Low band is the real long term moat and only differentiator against the connectivity bundles. Its why MNO’s will rally around AST. Midband (which AST will also have) is the competition layer where everyone competes. Here AST has also an edge, because the phone is already connected via low band first.

What people might not have processed is that the FCC really only does these approvals when “confronted with a timeline.” To me, this approval means that the fusillade of Bluebirds is about to come popping out of Midland. $ASTS
