@AmazonHelp I am confused as to what I am supposed to be replying to. I had already submitted the photos previously and was told they were fine and to dispose of the product as it was opened and tampered with. This email is telling me the photos aren’t fine and to re send which I did.

If you've already submitted your photos, and been advised they're acceptable, you shouldn't need to submit them again. However, we can't access accounts or order details over social media for security reasons, so we're unable to provide additional support here for your parcel. You should instead contact us about it by replying directly to the email you were sent dated 04/19/26 at 8:49AM Europe/London. We appreciate your understanding. -AJ

@AmazonHelp @CitizensAdvice @MartinSLewis Amazon refusing to refund for a package that arrived opened with clear photos showing it opened, in box on arrival next to the other unopened package. This is happening more and more with Amazon.
