Founders, @GeorgeKurdin and Joe are building the complete agentic stack for the ~$3T outstanding accounts receivable (AR) problem. In the 6 months since investing they’ve already landed high growth upstarts such as @tryprofound and Elevenlabs. AI promises outcomes instead of workflows. But what happens when deterministic workflows have subjectivity wrapped around them? At BTV, we think Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations teams face the brunt of this. Any outstanding payment falls on a spectrum of objective resolution on one end and subjective resolution on the other. In the near term, it is relatively straightforward to assume AI and automation will address the objective end of the spectrum, the more interesting and of course harder challenge is in utilizing agents to navigate the subjective end too.
