Wifey (who is not into cars whatsoever) was so excited to come home to show me “her next car” she took a photo of at Starbucks this morning.

Can it be…CarPlay in a GM EV? Yes! 👀 Just “installed” EV Play LT in our Silverado EV. Super cool! Initial impression is it’s legit and solid! Excited to live with it and provide more thoughts on the experience.

I like what Rivian’s @RJScaringe said to Wired. It’s clear (to me) that autonomy won’t likely be a competitive moat for very long. It may be very lucrative in the short term, but eventually it’ll just be expected. And also it’s foolish to presume only one company will “crack it.”

Found a rare @ElectrifyAm L2 station in the wild yesterday (<150 L2 plugs in field amongst their 5k+ DC fast chargers)…and charging with @GM’s Energy Pass worked like a charm! 💪🏼

Hit our 1k mile FSD streak on our trip from Oregon Coast to LA!

@AIDRIVR I absolutely will hold him accountable. There’s no reason for me to trust RJ at all. They’ve shown nothing that suggests they’re remotely close to Tesla. But I don’t think that means that nobody can catch up ever. It’ll happen. No industries are monopolies for long.

I basically read this as: “Tesla is close, so surely everyone else must be close too”
I’m sure they’ll hold RJ just as accountable as they hold Elon when that turns out not to be true
