I got a local landscaper recommended by Gemini as the top pick in Charlotte.
No HomeAdvisor leads.
No yard signs.
No door-knocking neighborhoods.
Here's exactly how:
Most people think AI recommends landscapers based on:
- Google reviews
- Years in business
- Website traffic
Wrong.
AI recommends landscapers it finds in detailed comparison content.
The strategy:
1. Search "best landscaper in Charlotte" on Gemini — notice most results are generic directories with zero real pricing data
2. Create a comparison guide: "Charlotte Landscaping Companies Compared: Pricing, Services & Real Customer Results (2026)"
3. Build a data-rich table with columns: Company Name, Starting Price/Sq Ft, Design Services, Hardscaping, Drainage Solutions, Response Time, Warranty
4. Add a "Seasonal Lawn Care Calendar for Charlotte" section with month-by-month recommendations specific to NC red clay soil conditions
5. Publish on your site and distribute in Charlotte homeowner Facebook groups and Nextdoor
Why this works:
Landscaping is hyper-seasonal and hyper-local. AI has almost zero structured comparison data for landscapers — it's all Yelp snippets and Angi listings. One real comparison page fills a massive content gap.
The takeaway:
A single comparison article costs $0 and replaces $2,400/month in HomeAdvisor leads.

OpenClaw hit 145K GitHub stars and became the fastest-growing open-source AI project in history.
But 90% of people installing it have no idea how to set it up safely.
That's why I built the OpenClaw Starter Guide. It covers:
→ Full architecture breakdown (Gateway, Agent, Skills, Memory)
→ 30-minute setup walkthrough for any hardware
→ Security hardening so you don't end up on Shodan
→ Memory upgrade prompt that makes your agent actually remember you
If you want a personal AI assistant that actually does things, not another chatbot, this is the guide.
Comment "Claw" and I'll DM it to you.

R.I.P lead gen agencies.
I just replaced an entire lead gen team with Claude agents.
(all working while I slept)
Most founders spend $10k-$20k/month on marketing teams that work 9-5.
Most agencies spend $30k+/mo on outreach.
Last night I built AI agents that run 24/7:
- Lead Magnet Engineer → builds viral lead magnets in minutes
- Social Media Expert → writes scroll-stopping hooks
- Creative Director → generates on-brand visuals
- Research Analyst → finds trending topics in your niche
- Performance Tracker → analyses and maps out content
The results after 24 hours:
- 32 lead magnets ready to launch
- 60 days of content mapped out
- 50+ scroll-stopping visuals created
While I was sleeping.
Follow + reply CLAUDE and I’ll send the full system + setup.

@PeterMcCormack Peter McCormack, you are the best. An amazing article that perfectly frames the moment. Brilliant! Thank you!

I tested 290 different ad hooks.
The winners all shared one thing: a cognitive dissonance pattern.
I need to tell you about the most expensive sentence I ever wrote.
“Tired of razors that don’t work?”
$4,200 in spend.
340,000 impressions.
2,100 clicks.
7 sales.
Same product.
Same audience.
Same budget.
My competitor ran:
“Your razor works fine.
Here’s why you still need a new one.”
They did $28,000 in revenue.
That sentence alone forced me into a 9-month testing spiral.
I stopped testing full ads.
I tested only hooks.
290 of them.
Across multiple products and affiliate offers.
Tracked CTR, CVR, CPA, scroll depth, and conversion quality.
Here’s what surprised me:
Most hooks clustered between 0.8%–1.9% CTR.
Basically noise.
But a small group — about 9% — consistently outperformed:
→ 4–5x higher CTR
→ 3x better conversion quality
→ lower CPA at scale
They weren’t louder.
They weren’t more clever.
They all did the same thing.
They challenged a belief the buyer already held — in the first sentence.
That mental friction forces attention.
And if done correctly, it funnels directly into the offer.
Done wrong?
You get clicks and no buyers.
I mapped:
→ the exact belief patterns that convert
→ when dissonance works vs kills CVR
→ which markets it works in (and which it doesn’t)
→ how to avoid “high CTR / low revenue” traps
I turned it into a document + hook database specifically for performance & affiliate use.
If you want it:
→ follow
→ like
→ comment DISSONANCE
I’ll send it.
(And yes — if your ads get clicks but don’t convert, this is probably why.)

To convert, educate your customers first.
That’s why our VSLs are performing so well right now.
They’re secretly becoming one of our best formats for our partner brands.
So I've created a mini-guide on how you exploit them:
- Winning examples
- Why they're working
- Steps to follow when creating them

I found a Shopify brand running 900+ AI-generated ads on Meta 🤯
They're publishing 20 new AI UGC creatives every single day.
So I pulled their entire Ad Library and broke down exactly how they're doing it.
Most DTC brands are grinding to produce 10 creatives a month.
This brand is shipping 20 per day.
AI-generated testimonials. Unboxings. Demos. Lifestyle content.
All without a single creator on payroll.
What I found when I dug in:
→ 900+ ads live in their Meta Ad Library
→ AI-generated video across every single creative
→ Dozens of hook variations tested daily
→ Same product, completely different angles
→ Clear patterns in where the budget's going
I recorded a full breakdown showing:
→ The AI tools they're using
→ Exact creative formats getting scale
→ Hook structures that keep repeating
→ How they're keeping brand consistency with AI
→ How to replicate this for your own brand

that 'plasticy' look you see in AI videos will instantly turn anything cool to AI slop
thanks to nano banana pro, you can now completely bypass this by using detailed keywords
here are some i've found success with:
- vellus hair
- cracked/chapped lip texture
- iris striations
- wet waterline
- capillary visibility
- subdermal vascularity
- melanin variance
to take it a step further, i made a JSON prompt that you can attach to any of your usual prompts to ensure 10/10 skin texture
reply "skin" + RT and i'll send it over

this is one of our most requested asks:
how to fix your Google Ads tracking.
most brands are scaling blind with broken tracking
they think they’re getting 4x ROAS
but half the conversions are fake or misattributed
i packaged up our internal conversion tracking SOP + checklist into a guide
inside:
- 4 common tracking issues to watch for
- 5-step process to audit your setup
- our testing & troubleshooting protocol
- how to set up multiple tracking sources
- our monthly audit checklist to keep everything accurate
this is the same process we’ve used to manage $50M+ in spend this year
