@JMathew93 @RepThomasMassie @SenRickScott @grok If the tariffs brought in “billions in revenue”, then why has the debt increased by $2 trillion with Trump 2.0?
DOGE didn’t cut waste nor fraud. It found them but the GOP refuses to codify them so nothing happens.
English

@RepThomasMassie all the “analysts” said the same about the tariffs when it first came out saying the inflation will skyrocket..Instead, it brought in billions in revenue! The stats are not accounting for the billions we’ll save by cutting out all the waste & fraud of our hard earned taxpayer money, which can then be used towards these tax cuts

For someone who makes their living processing data, Nate just:
- Copied someone else's data and slapped his watermark on it.
- Never checked the source to realize it was from a highly biased org.
- Never look at his own post to notice it was obviously wrong.
Fails at one job.

These are the Twitter/X accounts with the most engagement so far in 2026. I suppose I had some intuition for how bad it was, but jeez, this is what you get when the ecosystem is broken.

@kiddwikked @Invicta11776 @elonmusk So you made a reply to a post that you’re not actually talking about?

@LibertyLockPod @GenXGirl1994 He now claims it wasn’t his data. Even though he put his logo on it 🤣
English

@GenXGirl1994 I find it interesting I was left off his chart. I had the same engagement totals YTD as the smaller bubbles. Idk how he decided who to list but it seems he was selective.

Nate Silver published a graphic showing the accounts with the most engagement on X in 2026. He conclude the ecosystem is broken.
Let’s look at how many are Pro-Israel.
Then u realize the ecosystem is bought & manipulated:
- Not organic
- Boosted by Algorithm
- Boosted by Bots

@scrubjay__ @StatisticUrban Road design in the US uses decimal feet. That negates your point. 🤣
English

@StatisticUrban Metric is simply more compatible with our overall number system since it's base-10, as opposed to the ridiculous mix of base numbers in Imperial which includes 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, 16, etc. Conversion is a nightmare: 0.5 yards = 1.5 ft? 0.5 ft = 6 in? 0.5 lb = 8 oz?

There is no voting crisis that demands federal intervention.

@BrianTinthe614 @John85615578 @JonathanTurley You don’t even know why American Indians weren’t citizens until 1924, do you?
English

@John85615578 @endbringer42 @JonathanTurley No, the parent's domicile was NOT what keyed the Wong Kim Ark decision. What keyed it was English common law's doctrine that any baby born on the King's soil was a subject of the kingdom. Your belief, 128 years after the decision, that Wong Kim Ark was "wrong" is meaningless.

The Hill just posted my column on the possible need for a 28th amendment on citizenship after the Supreme Court rules in Trump v. Barbara. The combination of open borders and open-ended citizenship is an existential threat to this Republic...thehill.com/opinion/immigr…
English

@BrianTinthe614 @John85615578 @JonathanTurley You’re just wrong. Unless one of the parents is a naturalized citizen then their child isn’t a US citizen. Duh
English

@endbringer42 @John85615578 @JonathanTurley Seamus and Mary arrive in t,he US in 1870, on different boats from Ireland. They meet in NYC, marry, and have five kids, all born in the US. Under your reading, none of those kids are citizens because their parents were immigrants and thus "loyal" to Ire. That's simply wrong.
English

@BrianTinthe614 @John85615578 @JonathanTurley “Subject to the jurisdiction of“ meant loyalty to the country at the time.
You’re just wrong about this.
English

@John85615578 @JonathanTurley And illegal aliens are subject to the “full jurisdiction” of the US. They can be arrested for crimes, they must pay taxes, they can be fined for misdemeanors, they can sue and be sued in US courts. They just can’t vote or sit on juries.
English

@Informalib @JonathanTurley States can bypass Congress to amend the Constitution.
English

@JonathanTurley We couldn't even get past the 2/3 of Congress necessary to propose an amendment.
Our Legislative branch is completely non-functioning and useless.

Javier Milei: “I thought being on the left was a mental problem. The empirical evidence is so overwhelming that it never worked anywhere, and they refused to accept it.”
“But what I discovered is that being on the left is a disease of the soul. The left is built on envy, hatred, resentment, and unequal treatment under the law. They are very violent, and since they have no way or arguments to answer, they go for physical violence.”
English

@Chuckwill @JonathanTurley Everyone was fine with the Real ID that requires all this information in order to travel now. That ID can then be used to register to vote. The many examples of leftism hypocrisy is astounding.

@DrNeilStone @davidmdraiman Weird way to attack speech you don’t like
English

@BBWATTS65 @JayTC53 Massie has put forth amendments to stop the fraud and implement DOGE. But GOP leadership and even MAGA voted against it.
You MAGA sycophants are lying as much as leftists do.
