@Enterprise I can't tell if this is private. Name Marvin Michalove. Hiram Georgia. GEICO says this morning rental not closed out at Enterprise. I'm disabled, did what told to do with rental: left at repair shop with key, where I picked up my car about a 1.5 miles from Enterprise Hiram GA

@Enterprise how long does it take to process the paperwork once a customer returns the rental, working with Geico & told to leave the car at the repair shop with the key and the rental place picks up the car from the shop in Hiram Georgia; I've waited over a week for my refund?

@Enterprise please be sure your employees take left over belongings out when returned. A guy left his air tagged backpack in the car & showed up at my home to retrieve it at 9pm last night! Not safe

@Enterprise My confirmed reservation (#2101935719, Valencia Train Station, Spain) was cancelled the night before pickup with zero alternatives offered. I had to rent elsewhere at double the price. Customer service only apologized. Still waiting for an answer. This is not okay

Literally had my transmission failing on my last rental in Atlanta with @Enterprise and went to the nearest location as customer service told me to. Then was told, "Sorry, we don't have any rentals in that class (seats 5) right now, so you can drive to a different location (rural Georgia) and turn your car in." Leaving me with no car hundreds of miles from home. I said, "Are you sure there isn't another option?" And the rental lady said, "Just drive it. If it blows up, it's not your fault." So we did, with a sharp third gear shift and bad smell for 7 days. Finally we returned the car as planned, 1,500 miles later, and the guy said, "hrmmm another one." Like wtf bro I tried to save you guys. 😂😂😂😂

@Enterprise After 7 phone calls to your company being bounced around between agents, we were literally stranded in Ireland. We were offered and purchased your roadside assistance at the beginning. Took you all over 8 HOURS to fix the flat. We will be using @Avis moving forward!

@Enterprise @enterprisecares Dear Enterprise Team, I wanted to take a moment to share some very positive feedback about one of your employees. I’ve been dealing with a challenging insurance claim through Farm Bureau ( @mifarmbureauins ) after my parked car was hit. Yesterday, I ran into difficulties with the assigned adjuster, which left me frustrated. This morning when I called the Granite Falls Enterprise location, I was not at my best — I was not the most polite caller. However, your employee Bryson was outstanding. He remained incredibly polite, patient, and understanding despite my tone. He clearly explained all the information I needed, including when he could and could not provide a vehicle that would comfortably fit me (as I am a bigger person). He even informed me about the vehicle class Farm Bureau had authorized — which would not have worked — and advised me exactly what to tell them to get it upgraded. His guidance worked perfectly. Even though I wasn’t the nicest person this morning, Bryson responded with nothing but professionalism, respect, and kindness. That level of service is rare these days, and it truly stood out to me. Please make sure Bryson is recognized for going above and beyond. Thank you so much for having such an awesome employee on your team.

@Enterprise You all need to refund the $ that you took from my account for a RENTAL that wasn't available and the @lyft fee to get back and forth to the Dickerson St. Location, IMMEDIATELY!!

@Enterprise Your policy requiring in state license and $300 deposit on a credit card limits your customer base. REAL ID is a national license and requiring in state licensing isn’t legitimate AND Some people don’t believe in credit. We pay for services UP FRONT.

@Enterprise ive been renting cars with your company for 20 years. Im a Plus member. To see the way your company and Camp Springs Maryland branch has treated me regarding a payment issue is disheartening. Ive called 5X trying to get $170 owed to me. And nothing has been done

@Enterprise why do I book a vehicle have payment taken to be ring and say they having to source vehicle to the site I chose. 16.57 had to call as no communication to be told now no car and 7 working days for refund . Shocking customer service

@Enterprise watch enterprise if you get a Hire car through the @TheAA_UK as they have taken £500.00 without my knowledge. Bearing in mind the car was collected at 22:30 and wasn’t asked to sign anything on collection. Absolute joke had to email the Chief Exec for explanation

Rented a Toyota Tacoma or similar vehicle from @Enterprise and got a Ford Maverick. These aren’t “similar” a Ranger is similar. I’ll know better next time.
