A 76yo collapsed in cardiac arrest. CPR was performed immediately.MD1 arrived & deployed our TEE equipment noting blood clot in her right ventricle.Heart was restarted,a central venous line was inserted, and a temp pacemaker installed to maintain her heart rate during transport.
