Booked via Booking.com as @SingaporeAir no clear disclosure it was actually a low cost airline called @flyscoot. Now stuck, they changed my seat booking even though I chose my seat. You can’t sell one experience and deliver another. Transparency isn’t optional.

@flyscoot Extremely poor experience today. Booked Jakarta–Singapore–Koh Samui (11:20 AM departure) and were DENIED BOARDING due to overbooking. No prior warning. No Scoot staff at airport. Left dealing with Gapura Angkasa for 2.5 hours with no authority to help. Impact: •Lost 1 night at Hyatt Regency Koh Samui (~USD 375++) •Missed personal commitments •Holiday disrupted before it began •Reached destination ~15 hours late This is not just a delay — it’s a complete failure of passenger handling. Expecting accountability and compensation. Would never recommend SCOOT to anyone else and would never fly SCOOT again. Other passenger please BEWARE should you be trapped with overbooking by SCOOT

Over a year ago @flyscoot fooled me with sneaky currency conversion rates on a booking. They initially said they'd look into it... then slowly ghosted my emails completely. @flyscoot my booking was cancelled and refund was made without my confirmation. I was told I need to confirm via email for a cancellation and refund, which I didn’t do. I reached out to customer service to fix this. Why is your process very slow even when is your own mistake.

@flyscoot Looking for TR899 check in counter at @taoyuanairport T1 but there isn’t any sign at counter 5. The staff at EVA Air not helpful at all - gaslighting Scoot passengers that there is appropriate signage (pics show nothing). It’s minimal effort to put up some signs.
