@MySamsonite went to register my new case using the instructions that came with it. Case was bought in the UK and the code brings up a produce name with UK in it but it directs me to a US site, can’t but in my details as it doesn’t recognise postcode as a valid zip code

@VirginActiveUK on the app and website we can never login using email. Always had to be membership number. But it’s only handwritten on the card. You have our email where you send reminders - why is it set up this way?
