@makemytripcare Is there any meaning of having MMT Black and platinum member and getting no response even for simple reschedule request..flight is tomorrow night and you are asking for 48hrs to respond?? is this the level of support when your loyal customer is in need of urgent help??

@flyscoot Dear team, unfortunately there is no resolution provided.. I find no option to change the flight/reschedule in manage my booking page of scoot.. kindly revert asap as @makemytripcare doesn't care to help even though they had issued the flight ticket

@IndiGo6E what kind of robbery is this? we pay convenience fees while booking a flight.. and for rescheduling flexi fare, again charging 498rs convenience fees for the fare difference? that too for domestic flight No end of this convenience fee loot by many of the service providers.. @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI kindly save us from this monopolistic airline

Going forward, the Infinia relationship will be assessed based on: • RLV (Relationship Value) — calculated as the combined average monthly balance across Savings, Current, and Fixed Deposit accounts. • The financial year (1 April to 31 March) will be treated as the 12-month evaluation period. Cardholders are now being divided into four segments — Red, Magenta, Brown, and Green. Each segment has a defined spend target that must be met within a specified time frame. Green segment customers are reportedly receiving a thank-you email along with details on the conditions required to continue holding the card long term.

@spendwiselyx accor plus membership activated ? its been more than 12 days of enrollment and no any sign of activation yet ! amex sends request to accor for activation of membership but no one can track the status .. as per them it may take upto 50days for activation

I tried Reserve to MRCC today. Here is the full story 👇 👉In 2024, I had closed my Amex Gold Charge Card just 4 months after activation to apply for the Amex Platinum Charge Card. Amex refunded the Gold Charge Card joining fee on a pro-rata basis. 👉Fast forward to today. I’ve experimentally tried Amex Reserve (had applied in my wife’s name) → MRCC upgrade. The Reserve Card was approved just last week and the fee hasn’t been charged yet. Let’s see how this plays out 🤞 (⚠️ TRY AT YOUR OWN RISK) As of today, Amex is allowing upgrade / downgrade from Reserve Card to MRCC ✅ and SmartEarn Credit Cards. Here’s the exact timeline 👇 👉 25th Jan 2026: Applied Amex Reserve Credit Card for my wife 👉 27th Jan ’26: Card approved 👉 30th Jan ’26: Card delivered 👉 1st Feb ’26: Spent ₹30k+ 👉 2nd Feb ’26: Received 15,000 points 👉 2nd Feb ’26: Claimed Accor Explorer Membership + Taj Epicure Membership via Amex Experiences App 👉 2nd Feb ’26: Upgraded to Membership Rewards Credit Card (MRCC) – MRCC joining fee is ₹1,180 (incl.
