I am at an impasse here and not sure what to do. I started using this account right around when Elon first bought Twitter in the end of 22' to see what it was all about. I started posting and someone said 'who cares what you think, you only have 38 followers.' I knew what I had to do after that and began trying to grow my following. Things went well, I made friends and networked with others, had some viral moments (airplane lady, TMFINR) and was having fun. I have gotten re-truthed by Trump, talked Tom McDonald, hosted a space with Tiffany Gomas and the Shamwow guy Vince, gotten followed by James Woods, reposted by Dean Cain, had a dosen interactions with Elon - These things would have never come to pass without X. I have built a community of loyal followers and subscribers who I talk to daily, repost smaller accounts, help people where I can and am pretty much always available on X for questions or to just listen. But that all changed starting this year - suddenly all the work I had put into this account gaining followers was meaningless - when a small Nigerian account can get 10M views starting an N word train, then something is wrong. Giving everyone an equal voice and ignoring people who have devoted years to this platform, while great in theory, just doesn't work out. Now reach is down for nearly everyone and its unclear / unknown as to what to actually do on here. Don't do this, do that, but then when you do what they want such as make original content, you get no views - What X says it wants vs reality are two different things. Then there are the accounts on here that just exist to create strife and jealousy towards larger accounts. 'I dont like that you do this, it's not fair, how come they get reach but I dont' bla bla bla. This just makes an artificial hatred toward any large account they dont like for basically any reason. If X is just going to nurf an account because its large and doesn't like what its posting for whatever reason, then that's not cool. X used to be an open place where you could post anything and it was up for the users to decide if they wanted to see it. Now AI 'predicts' if something will go viral and then self fulfills the prophecy and makes it happen - it's not organic like it used to be. In the past you were guaranteed views once you got larger, so this was the goal - now it's irrelevant. That's like saving your entire life and suddenly all your savings are worthless. So I dont know what to do; do I continue on or just stop posting? X doesn't seem to want users to be successful any more, it was never like this before. I spend so much time on here, it might be time to just find another hobby. I don't often post stuff like this often because nobody cares boo hoo - I dont want sympathy, I just honestly dont know what to do anymore. I'm not trying to complain here, just trying to figure it all out. Thoughts?

It's crazy how the IRS lies and deceives us into believing that we owe taxes on the product of our labor! According to @DrReality5 (I suggest following him), Congress has ONLY imposed the income tax on 3 classes of people: - Non-resident aliens with U.S. source income - Foreign corporations with U.S. source income - U.S. citizens residing abroad with U.S. source income If you don't fit one of those classifications, you don't owe the government squat. Further, they've lied to us, to companies and to banks by requiring W9s. Here's a brief summary of what I learned from @DrReality5 about the W9 and the 1099: Both the w9 and the 1099 are a means of providing documents to the IRS to allow it to track U.S. source income to a FOREIGN PERSON from its point of origin to whichever person does the withholding. The 1099 communicates to the IRS what the U.S. person swore on the W9. The 1099 tells the IRS you are a U.S. person who received U.S. source income as it moves from its origin point to its FOREIGN OWNER. The W2 reflects U.S. source income paid directly to a "non-resident" alien in the form of wages. How does the Treasury Dept. classify the W9? Only ONE WAY: 26 CFR 1.1471 - 1 (b)(148) as a "withholding certificate" Statutes and regulations require certain people to submit a "withholding certificate" like a W9 to a "withholding agent." That leads us to... 26 CFR 1.1441 - 7(a) "The term "withholding agent" means any person, U.S. or foreign that has the control, receipt, custody, disposal or payment of an item of income of a FOREIGN PERSON." Is that what you are? NO. But that's what you testify to when you fill out a W9. So, in law a "withholding agent" is a person who's handling U.S. source income that belongs to a FOREIGN PERSON! Here's the kicker. Every financial institution in America demands a W9 as a condition of opening a bank account! Therefore, they are demanding that you commit perjury by swearing that you are acting as a domestic agent for a FOREIGN PERSON with U.S. source income. According to Treasury decisions 8734 & 8881, reportable income is ONLY U.S. source income belonging to a FOREIGN PERSON whether paid directly to the foreign person or to the foreign person's domestic agent. So the question is, how do we nullify the W9 perjury trap believed on by so many people and used as a prerequisite for getting paid or opening bank accounts?? How can we continue to get paid for our work and safely own bank accounts without worrying about IRS levies? I'm in the same boat you're in. I'm sick of being the target of domestic, economic terrorism by the IRS and other government agencies. Doesn't matter what your background or beliefs are. We need to work together to stand against the injustice of the beast. We gotta have each other's backs here. Thoughts?
