For 3 years I built SaaS products, chasing idea after idea. I was good at it. I just wasn't happy. It took me embarrassingly long to figure out why. I realized that the one part I never wanted to stop doing was the design. Clean and minimal UI The kind of simple that's deceptively hard to get right, but when done well looks incredibly premium. I'd lose hours saving beautiful things on pinterest, then turn them into something unique and original. That was the part of building that gave me true fulfillment. That was never the side quest. It was the whole thing. So I stopped chasing ideas. I'm now building a product design studio for AI and B2B SaaS. Beautiful, clean design that I ship as real code, never handed off and watered down. From zero. In public. I call it Shipform. Follow me on my journey 😀

day 20 of building in public using Twitter/X as a user acquisition channel actually works reached 100 followers in less than a month without Premium. only bought Premium after hitting 100 followers a few lessons i learned: - post every day, even when you get 0 likes - find what works and keep doing it, even if it's boring - improve based on feedback, not assumptions - don't give up after a few bad posts - reply to EVERY comment. every conversation matters - don't do follow for follow. It feels slower at first, but it's better long term. You attract people who genuinely care about what you're building instead of people who will never engage with your content. 100 followers isn't a lot. but 100 real followers are worth far more than 1,000 people who don't care. On to the 500 🚀

It seems like most startups in San Francisco are selling products to each other When I ask founders who their target audience is, 90% of the time it's "engineering and product teams, AI-native startups" Feels like the same small group of target audience is being bombarded with a million products, whereas very few people are building for the 99% of the world

You take paid promos to push tech companies launches for more tech companies to see and you run a design studio for tech companies... Whenever I see a post from you it's always hating or promoting. I have never seen something useful or valuable.

@almmaasoglu Honestly, same. The fact they’re not overhyping everything makes the real progress feel much more credible.

OpenAI deserves a lot more trust than many people give them credit for, tons of more. I expected them to be the ones hyping model rollouts and putting marketing ahead of real ai research and ml workflows. Instead, they are consistently looking more serious and reliable than I expected.

if you've been reading about AI and thinking "I should really build a company" for the last 6 months, today is the day. someone reading this right now is going to build a company this year that changes their life. it starts the same way every time. brew the coffee. open the laptop. lock in. find the idea. ship. iterate. the secret is there is no secret. this is the greatest time in history to be building. AI makes it all possible, you know that. I'm sitting here with my coffee thinking about all of you. rooting for you. will keep sharing everything i know in real time smiling as i get this cappuccino foam on my face. now go build something and make me proud.
