EchoStar (SATS) Update SpaceX at half price? There's a healthy discount (with or without capital gains taxes) on the SpaceX position - which is now worth $50 billion ($42 billion after-tax). Depending on your assumptions you could be picking up SPCX shares as low as $88 to $140/shr. SPCX closed at $192.50 today.

The market is telling $SPCX that they grossly undervalued the IPO. If people are this excited to buy over 170, why were the IPO shares issued at 135? I don’t think the executives at SpaceX are this generous. It seems fishy. If Elon truly believes in $1 trillion revenue by 2030, why discount the IPO shares? I’m not buying it. It doesn’t pass my bullshit meter.

Here's the clip that apparently terminated my YouTube channel. While livestreaming about the SpaceX IPO, I tried to share what I believed was the official livestream of the SpaceX IPO ceremony. I clicked on a video on YouTube that appeared to be legitimate live coverage. Afterall, it was apparently on the offical Nasdaq YT channel. After playing it for about 20 seconds, I realized it was an AI deepfake, so I immediately stopped it and told my viewers it was fake. My only intention was to show the real ceremony to my audience. As soon as I noticed the issue, I clicked off. I’ve learned from this experience and will be much more careful when selecting and verifying content before going live. That said, I believe terminating the entire channel for an unintentional mistake was quite severe. I would appreciate it if you could review and reconsider this decision. @YouTubeCreators @YouTube @TeamYouTube @nealmohan Please reinstate my channel.

@TeslaBoomerMama I’m a lotta pissed at Fidelity. Asked for 1000 shares SPCX and received 10. I’m a small time investor, 2000 shares of Tesla. Thinking about splitting them up typically SpaceX and Tesla. Trying to find when the right time is for that. I’m probably one of the few who does NOT believe that SpaceX and Tesla merge. Now is not the right time but maybe over a period during the next six months as the lockup expire and the share price goes down. I have 10 years to wait.

Even $63 is overvalued for SpaceX. Musk's companies are all meme stocks. None of them have enough revenue, or prospect of revenue, to justify costs. In 5 years, maximum, Chinese launch companies will have cheaper launch costs than SpaceX.

CARL. i’m guessing you haven’t done a whole lot of research on this particular growth stock. You may have browsed the S1, but you’re not really looking at the models of the TAM. I think it’s pretty cool that you’re gaining a following though. isn’t it fun with all the social media to have a presence like that? I don’t know why your stuff popped up on here but it’s all the anti-Elon bitcoin guys that seem to come to the forefront.

Imagine paying $950,000 for an ice cream truck that only brings in $10,000 a year… and is losing $2,600 a year. That’s what buying SpaceX at $135/share is like. 95x revenue and still deeply unprofitable. Wild bet on the future. $SPCX
