What you need to look at but can't see, is whether that mortgage has been paid down by incoming wires from third parties other than the Newsoms. In 2024 the Newsom's bought this house for $9.1M ALL CASH through an LLC that Jen Newsom created (one week after the purchase)... 3 months later, they refinanced the property to pull out $6.5M! According to @jenvanlaar, the Newsom's mortgage spend is ~600K annually for all of their real estate! It's strange behavior to buy a property all cash through a makeshift LLC, then refinance to get the cash at a high interest rate. Smells like something......corrupt😕

16 different host cities for the World Cup. Chicago isn't one of them. That's tens of thousands of tourists who aren't spending money in Chicagoland right now.
