@ericmatisoff We start all our meetings that way. It's been great. Seem to never be able to end a meeting 5 min early, but easy to start it 5 min late.

@jefflouella They look tasty! The one thing I didn't do with mine was use a food grade lye in the recipe which I think is the secret to how Philly pretzels get their texture and deep brown color
