I get what you’re saying but you’re looking at it from a human beings perspective, and aliens wouldn’t have that.. you’re going by rules that are established based on earth, based on what human beings, and life from earth would need for survival.. things can be vastly different for other life forms

And then we come up in our primitive tin can and they are scared...hide all the obelisks! And finally we go away because we actually saw them...and we are thinking these aliens are really terrible real estate investors...so many years ago by and we finally hire a real estate President...and coincidentally start back to the moon because if these Aliens think the Moon is some kind of Mar a Lago, we need to get a development company up there. But you can’t tell that, so no it’s not showing growth… the 1st was released simultaneously on a streaming service at a time most things like movie theaters were closed, for all we know it could just be the same.. it’s an unfair comp because society was vastly different in 2021 compared to now
