@waitrose yet again when using a phone to self scan our shopping we have been charged for multiple items when only 1 was purchased. This happened on soup today and have been over charged by £4.24, when will this issue be fixed?

@EastAngliAirAmb Hubby emailed Saturday but so far has had no response, he tried to book 2 tickets but isn’t sure if he actually got 2 as the booking only has his name listed and not mine as well even though he put it in the form before encountering the slot issue

@waitrose another day, another shop using the phone app and yet again multiple duplicate items on the till that were not on the app! Last time it was 5 items duplicated many times, today one block of cheese became 6! Get it sorted please!

@whatsreal17 @OctopusEnergy We requested a refund on last week, statement processed, app told us 5/10 days…still waiting! Today told nit requested it until 19th(lie 1), all managers in meeting so noone I could talk to (maybe lie 2), refund would be processed for payment today (lie 3) to get me off call! 😡
